A very gripping story, with twists and turns. The Author has neatly placed many characters in a 68-page story. The life of a girl charisma', her struggles, her life, her relationships, all narrated in a simple yet engaging manner.

Charisma’s Homecoming

Charisma had endured and overcome a lot growing up. After moving away and even experiencing more trauma, she still maintained her sanity. Though it was hard, she was flourishing with a few walls she had built up to cope.
Her two best friends, Olivia and Jackson summoned her back home for the funeral of Ms. Beatrice. Charisma learns some old secrets and gets a big surprise in the process. As on point, Tyrese St.Vincent is there to help her process all that has happened.
This was an inspiring read! A lot of twists and turns with real life issues. This was my first read by the author and definitely won’t be my last.

Charisma's Homecoming

This was a very short and sweet story. No stone was left unturned. Charisma went through much of her life alone before realizing that she would never be alone again. Great read!

A great short read. Charisma loses her mother as a child and is bounced around from foster home to foster home until she finally gets to Miss Beatrice who takes her in as one of her own. After graduating high school, she buys a ticket to New Orleans to try to get a new start at life. This is a story of a woman's journey through life feeling unwanted and unloved...until things take a turn for her. A great short story and the author did not skip a beat. I recommend this book and this author.
