On the surface, my new boyfriend is a stiff, buttoned-up architect. He plans every detail of his life while carefully maintaining the walls he’s built around his heart. But when the biggest project of his career pulls him away, Clay’s solution is both temporary and unconventional. It even comes with a name—Travis.

This handsome stranger is sweet and thoughtful. He’s only me

Is it hot in here or am I getting menopause early? I'm having hot flashes. My ovaries tingle. They tingle, I tell you!

Nikki Sloane is the queen of smut. The woman writes some of the hottest erotica, but she manages to infuse it with just the right amount of feels and story to make it that much more satisfying. Now if you're looking for some fade to black, this is not the book for you, my

“One was pleasure, and one was pain, and my body had no idea which one it liked more.”

I fell in love with Lilith in the first book of the Nashville Neighborhood series. She was an easy to love side character. In The Architect my love was still there, but add in Clay and Travis and HOLY FIRE. This book is essentially Lilith falling into a surprising relationship with her hot older neighbor. No feelings involved is the main rule, but of course that never lasts. When Clay is away and brings another

Move over Pool Boy, The Architect is in town, and DAMN!!! He is right up my alley. I was flying my freak flag high and proud!

The Architect has been recommended to me countless times, and now I know why. Holy Hotness, First off, this is no Fifty Shades of Gray, which if you follow me; You realize I am not a fan of the series. However, I am a big fan of BDSM. And the lifestyle. I understand it.

I don't judge the kinks here, I really liked them. If I were rating the smut only, it would be 4*, the scenes were hot. But after the previous two books in this series, I had much higher expectations about the romance (or the story) here. There's next to no plot and no character development. Mainly just sex, bdsm for beginners. All told in only one POV - heroine's. ...more

When Lilith's neighbor Clay begins a relationship with her everything seems straightforward. Sure he is at least ten years older architect with an "interesting workshop" in the basement but other than that and "no emotional attachment rule" all is going pretty well. Well, unti

4 stars !! Nikki Sloane has done it again. Holy shit, the smut in this book was amazing ahhh. This is probably one of the spiciest book I’ve read and fav book from the series bc this does not disappoint at all. It got me *silently* screaming, blushing so hard and wanting to run around my room at 3 am. Let’s talk about Chapter 24- like omg that scene still replaying in my head. I want a Clay and Travis now.

this is my fav out of the series. goodness i think this was the spiciest book i've ever read. i mean i'm still here blushing and shocked because i didn't expect it to be this wild (as compared to the previous 2 books).

do i wish it was more mmf than mfm? ya def because clay and travis had so much chemistry. i loved this throuple. i was skeptical because i didn't feel any emotion and chemistry between the 3 of them but chapt
This was a hit and miss for me sadly.
I like Nikki Sloane's Filthy Rich Americans series a lot. But I really hated The Architect. This a highly detailed BDSM, MFM reverse harem romance.
It is obvious that the author did a lot of research on BDSM but I wanted more focus on the characters and their development. This book is just smut and I am wanting for something more from the books I am reading this year. At least for the time being.

This has been on my TBR for ages and man am I an idiot for waiting so long to read it. Jesus christ the spice in this book was insanity.

Lilith strikes up a relationship with her broody, quiet architect neighbor Clay—who also happens to build custom BDSM furniture and frequents a sex club to fulfill his Dom nature. When he has to travel for a work project, he sends a fellow Dom and friend of his in his place to keep our FMC entertained, if you know what I mean. While he watches and give

Nikki Sloan is the queen of all things sexual. The Queen I say! Nobody, and I mean NOBODY can write a sexually driven story like this woman. Lawd, I got no panties left! When I read my very first novel by Nikki, I was stunned stupid at how flawlessly she wrote a growing relationship amid a #sexfest and she did it artfully and respectfully. I haven’t stopped reading her words since and they haven’t stopped impressing me yet!

If you follow my reviews at all, then you probably know that I’m a junkie

I was so excited to get this book in my clutches! I am so in love with how Nikki Slaone tells a story. How she sucks me into the characters and how she uses sex and connection to make my heart ache.

This one was no exception.

literally no plot lol. the previous two books were heavy on the smut but still had some semblance of a plot. this was just sex, chapter after chapter. so, i barely felt any romantic connections between the three characters. it was difficult to root for them beyond just sex.

that being said, i actually really liked Clay lol. i know some reviews say he’s one dimensional but i didn’t think so. i thought he was cute and kinda awkward but in a really endearing way. then it would flip suddenly and he

Book 3 in the Nashville Neighborhood series. This series features standalone stories and characters the books can be read in any order. All the books in the series are what a lot of readers would consider taboo. This one features MFM, age gap and BDSM.

Well, there is one word that comes to mind. Hot! Hot! Hot!

The author has turned up the heat in this one. This story is a Menage with a very different style. Clay, Lillith and Travis's have an unusual relationship. I'm not going to spoil anything b

I'll admit it took longer to get invested in this romance than the previous ones, but once I did? holy mother of god was it amazing!!

this was sex on sex on sex. absolutely filthy in ways the previous books weren't. I REALLY wished we could've seen a bit more or Travis and Clay, in a sexual aspect, towards the end.

4.5 stars. the architect had me hooked from the first chapter<3

This was enjoyable for what it is (a whole lot of sexy times) but did miss out on some of the emotional aspects for me. This is book 3 in the Nashville Neighborhood series, so we do have some familiar characters in here (both previous couples make appearances). We even met Lilith in the first book, as she is a vet tech and works with Cassidy (the heroine from The Doctor). The Doctor is still my favorite in the series after binging all 3 back to back.

In this book Lilith ends up co-owning a stray

This is one of those books that hook you in right from the start. It's a book filled with steam but at the same time it was quite emotional. It has been a while since I read a sub/dom book and enjoyed it. I do think that they have become cliche and usually they are not well done. But let me tell you, this book was amazing.
The way the characters met, their relationship and their gradual bond, had me glued to my Kindle. I fell in love with Lilith, Clay and Travis. I have to admit that I have a hug

I really loved this one. I think it might be my favorite out of the three. I feel like Nikki really did her research on not only BDSM but also, polyamory. So well done and hot as hell. The relationship between Lilith, Clay and Travis was soooooooo good. The sex was absolute fire and the romance and ending was way more satisfying than I thought it would be. I’m not sure if Nikki is done with this series but I’d love to see more of them in the future.

Nikki Sloane turned up the heat impossibly high in The Architect till it was a blazing inferno consuming my heart and soul. In true Nikki Sloane style, The Architect brings out the dirtiest fantasies of the characters. And it's definitely one of the hottest reads of 2021.

When Lilith found her shy neighbour Clay standing at her door, soaked in rain and asking for help about a cat; she didn't know she is going to get lost in this incredible haze of pleasure and pain with him. But Clay has to trave

If you’re looking for a book to warm you up during the cold winter weather than you’ll want to snag a copy of The Architect.

Lilith and Clay are neighbors, which is how they come to meet and end up sharing a pet cat. Their relationship grows from there and things get heated pretty quickly thanks to the ever growing connection and chemistry between the two of them. Neither wants to date and the only relationship they agreed upon was a physical one. Until Clay’s job takes him out of town for a pro

I saw people saying this was the best one of the series, and I might have only read The Pool Boy but nope, it was not! It might have been the smuttiest and kinkiest, yes but no way was this better than TPB.

I did not like how the characters went about their relationships, all three of them and that kind of ruined it a little for me. It was still a sweet, risqué and steamy af story but I wish some things had been dealt with differently.

This was an okay read, well written and I can see why it would get some really good reviews, because it wascertainly a steamy BDSM MFM read🔥.

BUT for me, I prefer a bit more of a story threading through the steam, and BDSM isn't my fave trope.
And also personally I'd prefer more of a MMF read 😈.
