As someone who struggles with mental health issues, this book.will come in handy. The 1st book is a step by step guide to help you calm an over active mind and quit overthinking. I enjoyed that the author used bold font to draw attention to the steps. In book 2, I liked that the author highlighted ways to deal with depression yourself before medication. That gives me things to try of I cannot get in for doctor care. In book 3, I liked all the active skills the author provided. I can see myself using all 3 of these books on my mental health journey.
