I bought this book as the required text for a class I took. It serves a purpose - for me a reminder; good common sense things you "know" to do, but often forget about. Good self care is a habit to be developed and nurtured.
Chapters 2,4,6,7,9,11,12,15,16 (of 23) for a mindful stress reduction class. Chapters 2, 6, 7, and 12 really spoke to me. Very practical and helpfully repetitive, and also non-judgey.
