Part of a series of similarly written books. listened on audible. Nice job by the author who also narrates.

The third book in the happy to crappy trilogy by Cass Dunn. I mistakenly thought the book was about “relationships” with a significant other but “Love who you’re with”, covers all bases encompassing the physical and mental struggles with maintaining healthy and balanced relationships with: friends, family, colleagues and/or your partner. The book covers important topics such as how to maintain balance and appropriate communication in a world that is currently socially isolated due the covid-19 pandemic and with a strong social media dominance. While I found this book repeated a lot of the topics discussed in the previous books, this is my favourite in the trilogy. I hope Cass has plans to add to the series. I really enjoying her discussions and style of writing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Another great little book by Cass Dunn. This is the third in her “Crappy to Happy” series and focuses on relationships - partner, family and friends. I love her writing style, a quick read yet very interesting. Highly recommend this and her other two books!

It was an ok read, but I don't feel like I learnt anything about how to build a stronger relationship. One could simply read the chapter summaries and still know what the book was about.
I did like that it focused on all types of relationships and not just the romantic kind.

I really enjoyed this. It's about relationships in general (rather than specifically romantic relationships) with some thought provoking content about attachment styles, connection, conflict & communication

This is an OK book but is very light on and barely discusses the topics on the cover, i.e. steps to build stronger relationships, and loving who you're with.

Great for self-awareness and communication tips, though some ideas feel basic.
