Authoritarian and repressive forms of government, no matter the ideology they come from, have always been abhorrent and committed unspeakable crimes against the world, humanity and their own population.

However, when (rightfully) critiquing the terrifying outcomes originating from an intentional misinterpretation and twist of the communist and socialist ideologies, it is important to remember not to simplify fascism and communis as both "equally as bad".

While fascism was born as an ideology that clearly and undeniably promoted and perpetrated a culture of violence and hierarchism, communism has a story that differs from the tragically disastrous outcomes of authoritarian regimes and dictatorships. Communism has been (and still is) the "faith of millions of people all over the world"¹ trying to fight for equality, democracy and freedom. The dream of wanting to change lives and countries for the better. Like Boxer.

There is no Boxer in fascist history. Just pigs.

Bunch of lies and things that never were. Terribly hypocritical book - silly too. Just to think - why on earth is this beastly story compulsory to read for school, and it’s also learned too, and for some reason ALL - in capital letters - ALL the students and TEACHERS love it. Don’t they know the truth?
