A straight guy. A fake boyfriend. What could go wrong?

Alex
Look, I know this is all my fault. When a girl I'm friends with starts flirting with me, I freak out and pretend to have a boyfriend. There are two problems with that. One, my friends are eager to meet the boyfriend I don't have. And two, I'm totally straight. At least, I've always assumed I am. But Harrison has me

Sweet Straight to Gay Romance

**First time reader** Reading this straight to gay romance had me with a lot of emotions. I really enjoyed this story. It was so sweet, romantic and hilarious at times. Alex a young "straight" man caught up in lies about his sexuality with his new found friends manages to luck up and meet an actual gay guy at a bar...Harrison. It doesn't take much to convince Harrison to have a fake relationship with Alex. From the beginning I could tell this fake relationship will b

Alex made the weird decision to tell a new friend he was gay instead of telling her he wasn’t interested. Especially because he was suppose to be straight. And when the very sweet Harrison helps him out of a jam he can’t help but like him. But then the lines get blurred and Alex doesn’t know if he’s straight, bi or gay. And Harrison has spent too much time crushing on straight men. So this is a match made in confusion. And a love story you can’t help but love! Fall head over heels for these two ...more

We can paint ourselves into a corner and then hope that we can get a save. A!ex convicts a fake boyfriend and Harrison comes to his rescue. Alex is supposed to be straight. Sometimes it takes the right situation to help us see our true colors.

This is a new to me author and also Devon Lane’s debut novel.
I love fake boyfriend /fake dating tropes so I instantly picked this book up and I wasn't disappointed in the least. It was very well written.
This book is part 1 in the Needingham Hall social club series. I am definitely looking forward to reading the other books in the series.
