No ahondaré mucho en este libro porque en realidad no hay tanto que decir. Autohipnosis es un libro guía. Primero nos explica el autor cómo debemos prepararnos para pasar por este proceso de autohinotizarnos, que es algo que puede hacer cualquier persona, porque a fin de cuentas, si tienes las ganas suficientes para creértelo, te funcionará. 

Más adelante comienzan cada uno de los textos que debemos usar para por cambiar lago en nuestras vidas. No será de la noche a la mañana, por lo tato no puedo decirles que con esto ya pueden olvidarse de sus problemas, no es así. Es algo que debemos de hacer de manera constante, porque uestro cerebro no es estático, ni le gusta serlo; todos esos conflictos que tenemos es porque día a día, sin ser conscientes, nos repetimos ciertos pensamientos, ideas, etc., que reafirman algo de nuestro modo de ser. Entonces, la receta para contrarrestarlo es algo casi de por vida: hacer afirmaciones y reafirmarlas constantemente.

La verdad es que es un método muy sencillo y me parece que este libro es de mucha ayuda pero como siempre, para que haya un cambio, es porque queremos; si no hay voluntad, no servirá de nada.
