Axel Holt is an adapted version of the author’s earlier version written for young adults. It is a fun story about a bounty hunter suddenly thrust into action after being in exile in the state of Superior North, a part of Arrowhead Nation.

I’m a primary school teacher and I’m always looking forward to finding books to recommend to my students to improve the language so when I found this book I didn’t hesitate and I knew that this one would make them be thrilled and so it was they were. “Axel Holt: A Superhero Series for Middle Grade Kids” is an amazing read written by Joe Field. “Axel Holt: a superhero series for middle grade kids” is the first book in a series called Arrowhead legends written by Joe Field.
This series is aimed at kids from eight to twelve years old. My eleven-year-old niece and eight-year-old nephew loved it. It is very descriptive so it is easy to make a mental picture of what is happening. Moreover, the Arrowhead Nation map at the beginning is very helpful and attractive to kids.
