Help! I've made Heidi Wortzels Honey Cake 3 times now. It tastes fantastic but why does it always sink in the middle? I've done it with and without the raisins and nuts in one batch, only raisins in another and only nuts in another. I'm at a loss since I'm an excellent baker. Any suggestions would be apprciated
