We left off with Suny saying some pretty hurtful things, and though the couple keeps trying to move forward in their relationship, it seems that things seem to be getting in the way. In an attempt to learn what they’re really looking for, both agree to break away from each other in search of their own paths. But will it do more harm than good?

Such A Far Fetched Story
This story was so far fetched, but the humor is what did it for me…The humor kept this story alive. This couple really went through so much, hell I even wanted to give up.

This was like a 4.5. It was okay. A little repetitive and the storyline was dragged out. I felt sorry for Reid. Suny did him dirty.

Great series

Queen Unique done gave us another great read! This is my continuation of my review from book 1.
The best parts of this book was the beginning when Kross finally taking heed to his brothers words and started looking into thirsty Robin and her crazy ass daddy. To know that he was pimping his daughter out to seek revenge was crazy😔. That fool was holding on to Dear😼for over 37 years😳😔. Dude was a whole effing🤡and I was so glad he killed they ass. Madello had to have known he'd signed his own dead certificate when he approached Suny & Kaia. When that fool Kross told that man he owed his baby momma $20 for the ice cream they had to throw away😳🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Priest had no filter😔. After they found out why Medolla was so obsessed with their family and that fool walked in their parents house and told Dear to bring her thot ass downstairs😳👀🤣. I was with Kross & Priest tho, I wanted to bring that ninja back to life and kill him again.
Poor Reid never stood a chance. Why people go into relationships with people who are honest with their feelings🤔? Like I ain't playing second fiddle to nobody in hopes that they'll love me the way that I love them. How he thought he was gonna "propose" to Suny when you don't really know her? You can't even throw a birthday dinner right cause you don't know what she likes to east or drink. How are you gonna "propose" when you ain't even met the family? You've never been around her friends, her circle and most importantly her daughter🤔? How you "proposing" but get the bih that she don't like to throw the party and not her bff, none of her people were there🤔? Like he was mad at her but he knew from jump what it was and still chose to pursue her and play the background knowing her heart belonged to someone else😔.
All that back and fourth pissed me tf off! I hate it took damn near the whole book for Suny to stop using the past as an excuse to not be with Kross. It's sad that it took her almost losing him for her to see him and see how much her life would change without him. That man tatted your name down his rib cave, calls you his rib, tells anybody and everybody who you are and what you mean to him. That there ain't no room in his heart for nobody cause you own that shit and rather y'all get back together or not he can't give them nothing but🍆🤷🏽. But when Sis went to what was supposed to be "proposal" party and sang Jasmine Sullivan In love With Another Man😳👀🤦🏾. Bay-be sis had me at work like biiihhh😳!!! You is not singing that song to that man in front of his people😭🤣🤣🤣😔. That was the perfect song tho cause it made her realize that Kross was right and she had been running from him and the love he gives to her freely.
Second best part off the book was get finally ending things with Reid cause he rent the man for. Her FINALLY, FINALLY giving Kross all of her and agreeing to marry him😁👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽!!!
Looking forward to the next installment cause I already know it's gone be something else. Mel & Priest are gone stress me out way more than these two.

Great story, but felt like a fun on sentence
I enjoyed this story. I liked this author's storyline and look forward reading more of her work. I gave it 4stars because her transitions are confusing. The chapters are like one long run on sentence. There is no separation in between different scenes so you would be really into one part of the story and the it would abruptly switch in the same paragraph. There wasn't any kind breaks or indication that the scene was changing or that a different character was becoming the new POV. This was annoying and took away from the flow of the story.
As for the story, I wasn't a fan of Kross because he expected emotional commitment from Suny but wasn't considerate of her feelings. I am glad he grew to understand how his actions was impacting Suny, but I felt it took a life changing event for him to change. Suny acted immature most of this book, but she was acting off of a broken heart. She became bitter and she lost some of her black girl magic she had in part 1. They both had a lot of growing to do in this book. I am glad they did so while always keeping their daughter's well being first. Plus I loved that this book showed how both of their families came together to create a beautiful blended family.

Great Read
Picked up right where the last installment left off with drama and more drama. Still loving the storyline and these characters. It flowed so smoothly and I couldn't put it down.....a page -turner. So glad that Robin and Modello got exactly what they deserved. The connection between the extended families had grown so much closer. Kaia, still got everyone wrapped around her finger, with added siblings. Loved the growth in Kross and Suny relationship and how everything turned out....beautiful. I can't wait for Priest and Mielle story as well as Brisco and Rae. The only drawback was the scenes kinda ran together, wasn't enough spaces between the paragraphs. Overall, still a great series. Great job Unique.

Bout time
I was nervous and excited to start to read this book. Because from where book 1 left us, I just didn’t know where book 2 would lead us. And boy I wasn’t disappointed.
My only gripe about it and it may just be how it looks on kindle, but the transitions to different times in the story is confusing. For instance, if they went to the mall, scene cuts and it just goes into the next scene like it’s still the same scene. I’ve had to read a part several times over to make sure I was making sense of it all.
But all and all good book about soul ties and love and being grown.

This book was so good and I know the other 7 will be just as good! SUNY I can say that she got on my ever lasting nerves but she finally got it together and I’m happy for both of them SUNY and Kross. I could only hope to read more about them in the other books. They went through so much but in the end love prevailed! The Stockley and Daniel family were the best and Suny friends were the type of friends you need if you were looking to have some real ones. Now to see what’s up with Priest and Miele because they’re a mess

A Definite Hit
Although this is part 2 of a series, as a novice writer, this author did an outstanding job in writing this story. Kross and Suny are examples of struggles relationships endure dealing with two selfish individuals in which we all are. I especially like the twists and turns and how realistic and relatable the events of this story. This story was a definite hit. Keep up the good work and I look forward to the next book.

I'm glad that Suny and Kross finally got it together ❤ Loved this series.....never really cares or wanted Suny with Reid...no connection to me. I will be reading more of Unique work however hopefully the different points of view will be made clear, I know that with time your writing skills will improve. It wasn't enough to stop me from enjoying the storyline just want to provide positive feedback. Can't wait until the next series comes out.

This was an amazing series!!! First time reading this author ad I'm definitely keep looking g for more from her😉😉..Characters development was definitely present cause whoa they needed it😂😂😂...They went through it all but there love for one another over power everything!!! Wouldn't mind heard on more from Priest and Mielle they definitely got a story to tell😁😁😁....Wonderful job Ms.Unique👏👏👏 you just got you a new fan😉😉😉

I loved this book and series. I will admit Boog got on my last nerves with her pettiness behavior towards Kross. He messed up but he continued to try to show he loved her. Kross did have his immature moments as well. I love both Kross and Boog parents. Priest and Mel are a mess together. Modelle was straight coo coo right along with his daughter. Ist read reading this author, but definitely not the last.

Nice very nice
This series was so lit. I’m glad my girl got it together and got her man/Babydaddy and they’ve become a nice item. Her ex was in his feelings way too much to me about all of that complaining. Kross parents and SUNY parents both had nice and true words for them. U did good on yet another book and I’m looking forward to reading more of them. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read

Love it, but…
I’m really really enjoying this series, is very well written the storyline is bomb I love all of the characters… But my only pet peeve is the fact that sometimes when reading this I don’t know when the scene changes…. So a little editing like maybe a couple of spaces before the next scene begins or something but other than that I completely love it I definitely can’t wait for part three

Great read
This was a very interesting read..I loved Kross that damn priest was crazy...lpl I love the fact the author didn't take this 2 a 8 book series. 😁🤷♀️ I thought Suny was a lil 2 available 2 Kross but the story overall was cute and sweet an there wasnt any over the top drama!!

Readable
This story was readable if nothing else, I’m not obsessed or anything. The characters were likable, there was just too much back and forward with Kross and Suny. Also, Suny cried entirely too much. The author repeated herself a lot to the point I continued to roll my eyes. There was some grammatical errors and the story did a lot of random jumping.

Ok....
This book to me was " ok" when it first started in part 1 it had potential to be Really HOT! but it just missed something. I read the whole thing but didn't feel that spice, the edge of the seat "book bae" feeling. Just my opinion

Finally!
Kross and Boog finally got it together! Aria and Reid definitely wasn't going to happen . I didn't like Aria when something happened first thing she did was fold. Reid was whiny. I was really surprised Suny didn't get pregnant before they got back together after all those encounters. I hope Priest and Mielle get it together they're getting to old for games.

Yeah This Was Good!
The power couple.of the series,have gone through some things! I love this it takes a village, the example of what black love is from their parents and listening to their hearts. We get a story that full circle and the dialogue is spot on. This was not only enjoyable but it was a really good read.

These first 2 books were simply amazing and I definitely recommend them to everyone. I almost stopped reading when boog/suny was doing the most but I stuck it out and it was amazing. Looking forward to reading the rest of the books in this series. Keep up the great work.

Omg, I didn’t think Suny & Kross were going to ever get it together. Poor Reid, sorry he had to get hurt but it wasn’t fair for him to be in a relationship where he was going to eventually get a divorce or cheating on. Can’t wait to read about Mel & Priest story. & eventually Rae & Briscoe’s story.

A good conclusion of Kross and Suny's story. I loved it and yes my emotions were all over the place. Kross and Suny had a lot to think about and work through.
But I was laughing a good bit in this one because of Kross's brother Priest. He had me laughing with his quotes. When I'm ready to read the next story I can't wait since it's about Priest.

It took them way too long to get together, the ending felt rushed, she stayed with ol dude too long and not enough relationship was seen between Kross and Suny other than sex. I guess I just wanted a little more of then actually dating, and showing their marriage more.

I definitely recommend this series! Although Suny worked my damn nerves with the back and forth with Kross I was happy to see them have a happy ending. But for real Suny was a certified license thot!! Great series now on to Mel and Priest !!

Finale
Loved the finale. I was team SUNY all the way and side eyed Kross as he let Reid take the reign. I really love the in laws on both sides. They are such a supportive cast. Can’t wait to read about Priest and Mielle.
