Son of A Legend
This is a spin-off. To be able to follow the story, I recommend you read That Bona Fide Hood Fire and Pure, followed by Rockin’ His Chain, Wearing His Jumma & Trouble and Our Love Remains Bona Fide. This story is surrounding Pure and Fire’s children. Prince AKA Chosen is all grown up and has taken over his father’s empire. All is good until one of their trustee workers puts a bug in his ear. He lets out a secret that is never supposed to be told—Cyril is not your real father. In fact, he’s responsible for the death of your biological father. Jr., who has his dad’s attitude through and through, doesn’t take to well to the news. Just how far is Prince willing to go to avenge his father’s death? What will become of this close-knit family once everything is said and done?

Good read
This was a good spinoff to the other books. I was very surprised by some of the events that took place and wonder why. It made for interesting reading

Now. I'm going to be the first to admit that I wanted /needed this book so that I could a glimpse into what Cyril "Fire" Prince was up to now. lol
In Prince's book, Fire's son and namesake, we get to see how the Prince clan is doing now that a few of the kids are heading into adulthood at 18 and 19 years of age. We get to see an old nemesis and how they've ingratiated themselves into the lives of the future of the family.
Prince and Bless aka Rush are both all grown up and taking over the family business.
Taylor did not disappoint with this story. It moved well. It was engaging and she still managed to deliver a surprise or two. This is one of those series where I actually want 5 or 6 books. lol
My only issues were that a few of the editing issues distracted me and the ages of Fire & Pure seemed off unless they were 16 and 19 when they met. I'll have to go back to book 1 and look.
All in all, I LOVE this series. It's urban romance at it's finest and makes me yearn for my own Fire to be ignited.

Loved
I have so many mixed emotions about this book! First off! Outstanding job! I loved it I did don’t miss understand me at all! Unya is a psycho pedophile I don’t care what you say she couldn’t have Fire so she got the next best thing smh!Jumma went through all that and still ended up looking like a fool sorry but she did! I’m starting to believe that he never really loved her he just never really wanted anyone else to have her! He didn’t want her happy if it wasn’t with him. It was a pride thing. She left someone who actually truly loved her and look where it got her 🤷🏽♀️. When fire said what he said I felt that in my soul! That’s real love right there! I loved Prince and Kaycha Relationship!

Outstanding
The whole series beginning with Pure and Fire ending with Son of a Legend was amazing! I laughed, cried and enjoyed it immensely. Prince turned it out. I knew he was going to be a Boss since he was little. I enjoyed Fire and Pure's relationship with each other and their children. Rush shocked me but she was a Boss also. Unya was a trip and got what she deserved. I was so sad about Trouble. I cried for Prince and Cyril. Just an excellent series. Also Jumme and Troubles Story was excellent too. 😁

Great Read
WOW WOW WOW Im speechless I have so much to say but literally cant.. Trouble was still a selfish ass just like in the other books like bruh you should have let Jumma been happy with Case and U should have stayed with Kola (broken heart my butt)..I really wish the author would have just left him out I was mad he died lol.. Ya you a trifling thing I was sorry bout what happened regarding the baby tho..I cried when Prince and Fire went at it.. Im happy everything worked and Prince and Rush(Bless) got their happy ending.. I loved the Prince Family

This was amazing story I didn't like that trouble had to die because I thought he was really in love with his 1st baby mama I didn't know that he was so in love with the other 1 that he heartbroken And I can just guess how many years went pass, for some reason I was looking for a letter he Probably wrote to explaining what his thoughts was. I feel bad for Jumma to go through what she went through and still not enough that fu😢

Page Turner and Emotional
You just gonna take Trouble from us and leave everyone hurt! Killing Kola took a lot out of him emotionally and mentally. I think his conversation made Prince think about his situation differently. Prince knew deep down that he never loved Uniya, it just took Kaycha coming along to show him what love really felt like. Fire and Pure have not changed at all! This book touched several topics and was really good. Great read.

Spin off
This was a waste of a spin off. Definitely wouldn't recommend this book. I know we can't have the story line we readers want all the time. But,first off I did not like how the author did Jumma she went through to much with Trouble to be crapped on like that. She was doing good with Case. I never like Kola and I'm just a reader. Prince came off as a ass didnt like him. If it wasnt for Fire & Pure the book wouldn't be worth it.

Nice very nice
This standalone is 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I love reading about prince. But I cried hard about Troulb it was wrong how he did his wife grieving or his ex. But prince ex was no joke herself wow son and father. U did good I. Yet another book and I’m looking forward to reading more of ur books. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read

First let me say every book attached to this book is phenomenal! (That Bona Fide Hood Love, Rockin His Chain Wearing His Ring, & Our Love Remains Bona Fide). Prince & Rush are definitely Fire’s kids. Would of been great to read more about Trouble & Jumma’s daughter. You can tell she is a whole handful. Trouble’s issues should of been addressed in his spin off (Rockin His Chain Wearing His Ring) What little I read surrounding Trouble’s bouts of depression in this book left me wanting more.

This series was fire!!!
I loved this series. It was absolutely great. The only thing I had a issue with was Trouble. I didn't understand why you put him through all that in the last books, for it to end like that?! That made no sense to me. Other than that, your stories are great.

Prince was definitely his daddy’s son. I guess Trouble really did love Kola. Unya just didn’t know when to say when with her old nasty self. I loved Rush and Brit together. Kaysha was good for Prince, she didn’t allow him to run all over her. Great Job, boo.

I love this family series. I appreciate the love that is shown with Fire and Prince. I love the strong female characters of Rush, Bri, and Kaycha. I was thrown off about the synopsis vs the story.
