The book is very resourceful and definitely an eye opener to what is the process of what Merger and acquisitions is all about. The main theme of the book goes from describing the future of M&A to emphasizing that Big companies needs to get bigger to guarantee growth and market reach. He then explains the difference between a bubble and a wave and how a company can differentiate between them.

The end of the book was very interesting and it talks about the how to craft a successful deal.
