Another good read
So this book was about preventing Lucifer from getting laid. It was hilarious. But I still don't get why Jacob hasn't made Jane or Isabella succubus yet

I was really enjoying the series until this point.
You may think that I don't like this book or this series but that isn't the case. I really like the story in this book. The main plotline is so ridiculous you can't help but enjoy the story. Nah, my qualms isn't with any of that, it is with fucking Isabella. Ever since she was introduced I hated her. She is a very boring and annoying character. The author tries to portray her as some badass but in reality she fucking sucks.
1.) Her usefulness in combat is mediocre at best and that is against a nameless grunt. She is hyped up to be a strong badass warrior woman, but in reality she is just a egocentric person who believe she is way more capable than she really is. She believe she is hot shit and demands Jacob to let her do something, and when he does let her do what she wants to do in combat, it was a complete waste of time. I dear you to find one moment in a fight scene, where she made any meaningful impact at all!
2.) Her personality and demeanor is so fucking annoying. I hate people who think they are hot shit. The way she comes across is so fucking arrogant, I can't stand to read any scene where she starts to talk in. I really really really hate narcissistic people and Isabella comes off as a narcissistic person. Her demeanor seems so fucking arrogant (I mean she literally confronts the king of Hell, Lucifer in the most stupidest way possible and she is suppose to be the head of the BPI, BITCH PLEASE). At least I think she is suppose to be the head of the BPI or something of the sort, but to be honest, I have no fucking idea what position she holds in the BPI but what I do know is that she acts like an 11 year old girl who believes they know the answers to everything rather than a leader of any sort. The fact that the author wrote this character the way that she is and we are suppose to care for her is fucking hilarious.
3.) Her role in the group seems so pointless. She is more or less a glorified tour guide. Name one thing that Isabella did that contributed to helping the main plotline. I don't want to hear she transported them from A to B, I am sure that it would not have been hard for Todd and friends to reach any destination. I bet you can't name one thing she had any sort of impact on other than being the annoying one in the group.
For god's sake, we finally get a mission where Invidia and Gula are on yet we spend less than two pages with them in the entire fucking journey. Yes Invidia had that scene in the beginning but that was before the journey began. They disappeared never to be heard from again to be replace by fucking Isabella who I would like to point out, contributed nothing to the overall schemes of things. So we replace Gula, Invidia and Superbia (three characters that we the readers can still get to learn more about as well as get to see the dynamics of their friendship with each other) with an annoying ass character who contributed nothing. Brav FUCKING o. Brilliant fucking writing. Genius!

The fights scenes are hilariously bad.

I don't know how you do this but they just get better and better and better!
I've read all these books, from number one, to number 16, and you think you'd run out of ideas and he never does.
The books get better and better which is really incredible, and the changes in the story make you crave the next book.
Honestly, I'll be truly sad when he quits writing this story. It's one of the best Arc of stories I've ever read.

Deals with the literal Devil
This series brings me such joy, you know that little nose exhale thing we all do when you are replying lol to a good meme or funny text? That happens constantly when you are reading SL, the characters drive the story in a delightful way and you just gotta love Jacobs growing harem.

Always waiting for the next
Colorful commentary, corny jokes, nice battle scenes, not to mention the steamy ones.. I’m hooked on the series as well as a few other by Eric, even have my fiancée started on reading them. As an avid reader of paranormal romance I can definitely recommend you read the series in order and you won’t be disappointed

Another Great Book
Wow, this series just keeps going strong! Jacob and his team of Demon Lords continue to be the proverbial fly in the ointment of Lucifer's plans. Walking the line between heaven and he'll Jacob fights his twin half brothers, rescues a nun and has a hot time with his succubi! Great Series you really need to read!
