Oh my goodness, do you ever just want a book that is fun to read? Not all the drama and angst and suspense that are so important to a lot of stories – just plain old fun? Then the Marinara Theory is your next read! Honestly, this book was just a delight to read. It was funny, heartwarming, sweet, relatable, and just a blast. You are all going to identify with Ashley, who has so many irons in the fire that we aren’t always sure if she’s coming or going, and who now has to add finding a new man to ...more

Great characters that will keep your interest extremely well.
I'm not going to go into detail, no spoilers, just read the book if you are even mildly intrigued by the blurb. You'll thank me later!

The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting. Add in drama and passion and you have a good read.

This was an absolutely delightful book! I have not read anything by this author before, but after reading this I now know who to go to if I'm in the mood for a fun, feel-good story. It was charming, heartwarming, and funny and I had such a great time reading it. It's the perfect lighthearted read to relax with after a long tiring day. Not a lot of drama just good old laugh-out-loud moments that we all need once in a while. The characters were wonderful, with realistic and relatable qualities and ...more

This was such a cute fun rom com. I loved Logan! He is an absolute sweetheart and love the slow burn but with a nice quick pace. Definitely recommend.

A new and exciting romance read, though I use the term ‘romance’ loosely as there was a lot going on in this book, finding love and romance wasn’t the main focus at the heart of it for a change, which made me love it even more.

A very different story to those I am used to, I absolutely adored how Ashley was focused on herself after being dumped by text message, she decides it’s time to improve her job opportunities, her social life, her friendships and her hobbies, finding love is just a bonus t

The book is a good romantic comedy read. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry.

I absolutely LOVED reading this book!!! I recommend it to any book lovers in search of something timeless, funny, honest, and riveting.

O'Ferrall truly understands the everyday comedy AND tragedy of being a female in our current society. Such a wonderfully relatable and hilarious read. I'd say more, but I don't want to spoil the plot.

I recommend The Marinara Theory to any and all readers, male or female! You won't be disappointed.

What a great story from a wonderful storyteller, As another reviewer mentioned, these characters and situations are completely relatable. My dating years and early career steps are decades behind me, but the story is timeless...young people trying to figure out who likes who as a friend or as a potential life friends liking/not liking the person you're dating....even waitressing for extra cash for an extravagance.... ticked all the boxes for me. I also think the main premise of t ...more

This was a refreshing, fun and humorous read. In a world full of drama, this was without drama and just a feel good read.

When Ashley is dumped by text and trying to find another date turns out to be fruitless, she decides to focus on her career and herself. Being comfortable in herself and focusing on herself brings massive benefits in her life. It brings a renewed confidence and opportunities and I loved the fact that her happiness didn't depend on her love life.

A delightful story about young love, careers, and friendship trials and successes with a twist and a lot of marinara. The Marinara is positive and magical. Laugh out loud funny. The ending is warm and surprising. Kristin is a new to me author and I look forward to reading her upcoming release which she will be telling us about in the 12 Days of Christmas
