A cat lover looking for something light and easy to read. Then this is the book to read. It follows Kuching, a seasoned cat, teaching Sunshine, a very young cat, "the ways of a cat". Anyone who knows cats will understand.

This was so touching, I loved the little short stories. As a reader you become attached to the cats' characters, which isn't something one normally experiences with books.

My mom gave me this book for Christmas 1993 from our cats :)
I have kept it all these years and decided to read it again. These cat stories are still happening in families lol. It was nice to sit, read the stories and reminisce about our departed and current cats and my late mom who said yes in 1974 to adopting a kitten which started a life long love of cats in our houses.

This was rather witty and creative, but there was a quite a bit of pagan/worldly mumbo-jumbo that makes it almost a one-star for me. The pictures were charming, though, and I wanted to finish it because it was short and somewhat cute.
