Wont say really for new learners

Wow, this book dives deeply into intricate details! By the time I reached around page 100, I found myself completely overwhelmed with the wealth of information presented. It became difficult to absorb it all, so I had to start skimming through the subsequent pages. For now, I’m focusing on the key concepts to prepare for the NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) exam. I plan to revisit this book later when I can take the time to fully appreciate its depth and insights.

In depth

Excellent quick read. Full of knowledge and some illustrations. Not too wordy, or full of Latin hard to pronounce verbiage.
