I'm not sure what to think about this book... the inside flap states it's "a hilarious romp through the issue of global warming" and will "entertain children and engage adults with its irreverance and beauty" through a "careful use of humor".

When climate changes spur the animals to leave their habitats behind, they cheerfully bid the Earth goodbye with sentiments like "Have sweet dreams, Rivers and Streams!"; "Cheerio, Mountains and Snow!"; and "Sayonara, Great Sahara!".

I'm really not sure how "entertained" children will be with this book's premise and "irreverance".

OK, I'm biased - I know the author, illustrator, and publisher. But the illustrations are fantastic, bias or not!
