What a brilliant collection of interviews of some of the most prominent upcoming young politicians (less than 50 years old) of the largest democracy of the world. Reading through the motivations, successes, failures, ideologies, thought process, challenges, aspirations and also who they are as an individual and what is the price they are paying to be in politics, was super interesting. The mainstream media does not have enough takers for the long interviews and they don’t publish such insightful conversations which doesn’t have explosive material. However the interviews in this book were very well thought off especially in terms of the questions being asked. The author did not shy from asking difficult and often personal questions from these politicians. Even though I can understand that the politicians would be careful of what they say, I thought they were still very open, much more than I expected them to be. Overall I think, after reading this book, I am a bit more hopeful that the country might just be in safer hands than what I thought earlier. Highly recommend this book for anyone interested in Indian politics or just India!

A very good set of interviews from popular young leaders across the political spectrum in a fast-flowing format that keeps you engaged. You might not like what some of these leaders have to say but the beauty of this book is the added context about their lives and being able to just listen to what they have to say and where they're coming from. At some point, you might feel like a few of them are straight up lying but that gives you more room for interpretation and leaves you to your own judgement.

Questions asked were pretty great and the answers left me much more informed than I was before. There is an insane amount of knowledge in this book about the problems that India has in front of itself, regional politics, national politics and where we stand today.

As the author concludes, you end up slightly more hopeful about the future of the country after reading these interviews - regardless of your political leanings. I'd highly recommend this to anyone that has a slight interest in Indian Politics.

The book captures some of the very enthralling interviews with young political leaders, prominent in national as well as regional politics in India. The authors have done a commendable job of shedding light on the leaders political as well as personal life.

Keeping any bias for any ideology aside, the book stands it's ground on the basis of originality, articulacy and sheer amount of knowledge contained within it's pages.

I absolutely enjoyed reading the book and would recommend this to every book lover. It a wonderful read and a must have book in your collection!
