His debut as a poet in 1936 with a collection of poems "Mehrol". In 1936-1940 several more collections of his poetry were published.
Shuhrat is the author of poetry collections Breath of Life (1949), Ballads (1959), Immortality (1961), Great Love (1966), Lyrics (1973), Poems (1977), Heart in Love ”(1979), the stories“ Family ”(1946),“ Rustam ”(1947),“ The Tragedy of One Night ”(1976),“ Man-to-Man ”(1980). Author of the novels "Years in Greatcoats" (1959), "Gold Does Not Rust" (1965), "In Search of Paradise" (1968). He also wrote novels, stories, plays, works for children.
Many of Shuhrat's works have been translated into foreign languages.
He was engaged in translations into the Uzbek language of works by G. Heine , A. Pushkin , M. Yu. Lermontov , A. Mitskevich , T. Shevchenko and others, as well as poems by Japanese, Vietnamese and Azerbaijani poets.

I read this book after "Ikki eshik orasi" which was an amazing book and I had big expectations for this book too. At the end what can I say about it is that It didn't disappoint me, totally worth reading and the ideas and lessons learned were incredible.
