Warren Parker and Ali are perfect for each other! Take Me Anywhere is a can’t put down binge worthy read that had me flipping the pages to see what was going to happen. I adore the Cockpit Series and can’t wait until the next book!
Seriously these series are getting better by each book. I have fallen in love with Liam in the first book in "Take Me Away," but I was smitten with Warren in this story. No, I´ve actually fallen in love with him already in a previous book after his crash. Maybe I was sorry for him then, but I was truly happy he has survived and got his opportunity for HEA. And what a ride it was. The new him is healing from anxiety but also learning new things about life... to live in the moment...to be. Ali still wears sadness inside of her soul, she is learning to live on her own and without anxiety. When she meets Warren for the first time, she is still jumpy and afraid, yet unbelievably drown to him. They both have their secrets but maybe just maybe they could start kinda relationship yet not one, just being there for the another. Just being "them." They fall easily in friendship or maybe it´s more. Find out for yourself. You won´t be disappointed.
I am loving every single book from this cockpit series . The Parker family are such brilliant characters, each one has their own place in the family , & each one has their own story . This is Warren and Ali's story .
Warren's life has been completely turned upside down . Like everybody else in his family , life is flying , it's all any of them have wanted to do . When a plane Warren is flying crashes, he can not think of anything worse than getting in a plane and flying again . His family keep encouraging him to fly again , but he needs time away. He goes to St Pete's Beach in Florida, he needs to slow his life down and just breath . That breathe is soon taken away from him when he goes to a local bar and see a beautiful woman behind the bar .
Ali has lost everything. She built up a chain of restaurants from scratch , only to lose them all because of her husband's gambling. After her divorce Ali just needs to get away . She has to start from scratch again . She gets a job in a bar in St Pete's Beach , and saves every penny she can. She's laying low so that her ex never finds her . Then Warren walks into the bar , she tries to stay away from him , but he is very persistent, and oh so very tempting.
The closer they get the more their hearts and souls heal.
This was my first read by these authors. I have the other two books in this series but didn't have the time I thought I would, so I jumped strait away to this one. Totally Do-able, but I've gotta "meet" the Parkers the correct way because I'm anal like that. So I'll go back and start at the beginning, cuz that's what you do! This was a sweet, engaging, healing read. Ali had it rough. A douchebag of a husband who literally ruined all that she had accomplished. Now she's left to get a divorce, move, and move on. Warren's all messed up. After crashing his plane he's having doubts about what he wants to do with his life and where it's headed. When your family IS aviation, you crash and your soul burns. Warren and Ai both needed to heal and where best to do that than at the beach! This was a well written, sweet read with an HEA. So if that's what you're looking for, please, dive in. I know you won't be disappointed.
Read this book! Well.. read it after the first two.. but still! READ IT! Such a good book! This isn’t my normal kind of romance or book, but it’s so good! It’s a slow building romance with a great storyline and drama. Love how everything came together and ended perfectly. It’s a fast read if you want it to be. I read it in one sitting because I didn’t want to put it down! Can’t wait for book three!
I loved everything about this wonderful book! It is sweet, romantic and will give you all the feels. The storyline and characters pull you in and before you know it, you're reading "the end" all too soon.
Warren is trying to find himself after nearly dying in an airplane accident. Ali is trying to rebuild her life after a nasty divorce that left her with nothing. Warren walks into the bar she is working at and they have an instant connection. It just goes to show you, people come into your life when they are meant to.
Ali is scared of how Warren makes her feel and tries to fight it. Once she gives in, there is no going back for Warren. He wants it all with her. The epilogue made my heart so happy. I can't wait to see which brother is in the next one! The preview at the end has me on pins and needles!!
"Take Me Anywhere" (Cockpit Series Book 2) by Britney Bell and C. Lesbirel is a great read. I enjoyed Warren and Ali's story. This is a great addition to this series. Packed with romance, humor, family, billionaires, and more. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next with the Parker family. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, family, billionaires, and series.
I have received a free ARC in order for a fair and honest review.
C and Britney have done it again! I am in love with the Cockpit Series😍. If you have read Take Me Away then you know that Warren Parker has lost himself. He has ran away from his family and Parker Airlines. What he doesn't realize is that he wasn't running away, he was running to. In comes Ali who is also lost but finds herself with Warren. Warren and Ali make your heart burst and your eyes tear. Just when you think you have lost everything is when you can truly find who you are. Cannot wait for the next installment💜.
Now I know i said i was excited for more Parker family but i was not expecting the twist at the end of Take me away. Poor Warren nearly lost his life when he crashed one of the planes, luckily he wasn't flying any customers, but the guilt he feels for making a mistake has him walking away from everything he knows. Turning his back on the family he locks himself away, not wanting to speak to anyone. Let alone find anyone to be with. That's until he meets Ali. Ali has run away from her Ex, after losing everything she has worked hard for, she finds herself starting over. In every sense of the word. A chance meeting has Warren wanting to know more about her. As ever though Ali has sworn off men. For a good reason, her ex ran up huge gambling debts. In between locking himself away from the world and wanting to find out more about Ali, Warren finds himself befriending an old guy and helping fix up his boat as a favour for giving him something to do with his time. I love how Ali tries to deny that she feels anything for Warren, and its fun watching her trying to stay away from him as you can feel the pull between them. Plus Warren got the family genes so obviously he is hot. Hard for most women to turn away. I love how they both help each other over come their pasts and help each other build back up not necessarily to the people they used to be but to the people they wanted to become. I really love this series and cant wait for more.
Take Me Anywhere is a fabulous healing read. Warren tries his hardest to walk away from his family business and flying planes. He is just a wonderful man who you can't help but to love. His way of helping others and focusing on a new hobby just make you melt a little with the way he does it. Ali you can tell is a little skittish when it comes to men. You can't blame her once you learn her past. Ali and Warren heal each other and in they have this wonderful bond. There is just this chemistry that you can't deny and love about Warren and Ali. I loved this one so much. I can't wait for more to come.
Take Me Anywhere is book #2 in the Cockpit series and I can tell you that this series is getting better and better. We were already in China (in book #1), and now Britney and Clare took us to a beautiful town by the ocean. The town that two people have chosen to be their oasis of peace after having been through a lot in their lives. I loved Ali and Warren’s story. They were perfect for each other. It was a pleasure to watch how they both helped cure each other's souls. Their journey to happiness was touching and sexy. It was a great book. Can’t wait for the next one.
Brand new to me authors. This was almost like 2 separate stories...the before Warren and Ali are together and the after. They both have demons, but coming together is the best for both of them. Great story with low angst and a little drama. Great epilogues And HEA.
Ali is so perfect for Warren. She not like the rest. They both have hurdles to overcome but they help each other. I loved how she fit right in with his family and they didn't scare her away. Can't wait for the next book.
Warren and Ali are both trying to escape their pasts and neither of them is ready for the chemistry between them. But with a bit of a push from a kind older man, his wife’s journal, and pasts invading the present, they’re both ready to take the leap of faith to give togetherness a shot.
I’m coming to truly enjoy the Parker family and all of their interfering ways. This series continues to prove that family is always there for each other, no matter what. Or no matter where one’s head may be stuck. Such a family is exactly what Ali needs in her life, but she and Warren have to be completely honest with each other to truly find happy. And when honesty finally wins out, it’s smooth sailing ahead. I’ll be interested to see who finds their HEA next.
Warren and Ali's story is a very emotional read. They both have felt pain and betrayal. The author done amazing with their personalities and writing their Hea. The storyline is great, I couldn't wait to see what happened, so I didn't put it down.
Warren is a seasoned pilot .. When he gets in a plane crash he needs some time to himself and walks away from the family business. He is down in Clearwater hanging out and trying to figure things out when he meets Ali. Ali is a waitress at a bar he goes to but has her own secrets. As they embark on a friendship which could be more he past comes back. Will Warren fight for her or will he walk away?
I didn't read Book 1 and you don't need to in order to get this story.. I can't wait to go back and read it and read future ones
I just love this Parker family! Both these authors delivered an amazing read! Loved Ali & Warren both dealing with difficult pasts both broken, to come out understanding and just getting one another! Bring on the next Parker!
Once again these girls have handed us another sweet romance in a great series. I’m loving reading about the Parker brothers and loving the different spin on this one. Warren isn’t perfect. He has run away from everything after a plane crash that hurt him more than just physically. Ali is running away from her gambling addicted ex husband. Love the chemistry between these two and although both are running from their past... they still feel the draw to each other. Can they get over their past to find their HEA. Great read... love this series. I was given an ARC but voluntarily chose to review
4.5 stars I just love this series! One of my favorite aspects of the authors' storytelling is that each book thus far (Including the introductory Christmas novella) takes place in a beautifully, visual setting. I was able to see exactly what the author wrote. Both these authors were new to me in November when I read, Cockpit Christmas.. Each book is heavy with family dynamic. A close nit family that are loving and loyal, with each other's best interests at heart. Always! I admit, so far, each book's characters are my favorites. And at the end of each book is a few sneak peek pages into what is coming next. I believe it is Mason Parker whose story is next!
Parker Airlines is an extremely successful company. With the exception of the Parker matriarch, the rest of the family are pilots. And billionaires at that! Each member has a different personality, each with their own insecurities. In particular, Warren is struggling after surviving a plane crash. To get some perspective, and away from the pressure of his over-protective family, he heads to Clearwater, a beautiful beach community in Florida on the Gulf. Personally, I have wanted to travel there and after reading Take Me Anywhere, I am more eager to than ever before, thanks in part to the descriptive writing talents of this author duo.
While in Clearwater, Warren meets a beautiful, sassy woman named Ali. At the beginning, he intends to keep his distance. However, Warren can't ignore the chemistry between them and the always present look of sadness in her expressive eyes. Ali’s sadness pulls out Warren’s protective instincts. Warren and Ali don't get together instantly. There is a justifiably slow build to their relationship. Inevitably, with the attraction between them growing, it is only a matter of time before they can no longer deny their true feelings.
Warren has been through a tough few months. And while his body has healed, his mind is living in uncertainty. That said, he is just as sexy and cocky as any of his brothers, and just as persistent as his interfering sister. And still, despite his persistence, Ali was slow to give her trust. And truthfully, I liked that her 'walls' didn't just crumble down in the face of Warren's tenacity to win her over.
I addition to two great characters finding happiness in their lives and with each other, there is a bit of suspense and angst caused by an ex that resolved quickly and off the pages. That was where I had a tiny bit of disappointment. I am not fully satisfied unless I see that Karma did its job, lol. But that is just my preference.
If you haven't read any of this series yet, I highly recommend it. After all the books are released, this series will go on my "binge-read" list. Each book can be read on its own but I highly propose you read the novella. It is a very quick read and introduces you to not only each member of this incredible family, but their amazing, fun and loyal dynamic. AND it takes place in a beautiful setting!
This is my honest and unbiased review. Thank you for taking the time to read it. :)
I loved this book! I enjoyed reading how Warren is struggling with his demons from his accident and Ali is always looking over her shoulder scared her ex is going to come back. Warren can see that something is off with Ali, he can see it in how sad her eyes are. He has to prove to Ali that he is different and that he is worth it all. But what will happen if her ex shows up again and what if she still loves him? She has no idea how she truly feels about her ex and that scares her. I loved reading how Warren and Ali come together and how she seems to be helping keep his demons at bay. Loved this book!
I have received a free copy of this book for an honest review.
There's no better feeling than to find a great story, and in this case, an author duo, that fulfills everything you love in a story!
Brittney Bell and C. Lesbirel made for a great writing duo in their story, Take Me Anywhere. Having never read anything by them, individually or together, I went in kind of blindly to the story and the series. I admit, the cover is what attracted me first, then I was sold after reading the blurb.
After losing everything because of a gambling husband, Ali was left to start over, literally, from the bottom of the pile. Warren Parker discovers her one night as she's closing down the bar she now works for, and there's no denying the chemistry that exists between them. Ali, though, plays very hard to get, considering everything she endured because of her ex, and Warren is determined to get a date with her.
Warren has his own issues to deal with after wrecking one of the planes owned by his family's airline company. But he won't give up so easily, and that's one thing I liked about him. The two of them were like magnets and I wanted something to develop between them so badly. The sweet romance that slowly develops between them is priceless.
Both Ali and Warren were put into each other's lives for a reason--to help each other heal. This is such an emotional, yet powerful story that I found I couldn't put down. I'm not sure how many stories are planned for the series, but I can't wait to go back and read the first one, then patiently wake for the next installment.
A storyline that's well developed and well-written--you can't go wrong with Take Me Anywhere!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Warren Parker can Take Me Anywhere stars!!!

“Take Me Anywhere” is book 2 in the Cockpit Series featuring ruggedly handsome Warren Parker and a sassy waitress/barmaid who catches his eye, Ali (Alison) Price. The sandy beaches of Clearwater, Florida and a local dive bar is the backdrop for this next instalment and is packed with plenty of mystery, hidden pasts, hot surfing, warm feels and steamy encounters. Once again, I am enjoying this series and can’t wait for the next book! ~ Angie❤️
I fell in love with Ali, Warren, and Jack. They are such believable characters who struggle with real life issues and discover new love and friendship along the way. Welcome to the Parker family, Ali. Can't wait for Book 3!!!
This was so good once I started reading it I couldn't put it down. This is the 2nd book about the Parker Airlines family. This is about Warren who's gotten depressed after a terrible plane crash and decides he needs to getaway and reevaluate his life and takes off for parts unknown and whines up in Clearwater. Alice (Ali) who's working as a waitress at Castaway she's not had the best in life by her own family nor the ex husband. Warren realizes there's something there that she makes thing's that were swirling in his mind about the crash, his family, what was he going to do with his life thing's just calm down and he knows she's who he's been looking for even if he doesn't understand it. This is the 2nd book in this series and I definitely would recommend reading this.
Take Me Anywhere was about two people who were suffering under self doubt, reservations and expectations. All it took was looking into each others eyes for the inner strength they needed to have fate giving them a helping hand. Their story was one that spoke to my heart, held my soul and had my spirits flying high. Warren and Ali deserved the happiness that was waiting on a sea breeze to be felt by them. These two made my emotions soar and had me captivated by the love that you could feel warming your skin right off the pages. A series that owns my heart a little more with each and every story and couple that is brought to life.
I didn’t think it was possible to love a book more than I did the one before but this story was ah-maz-ing! While this book had a level of sweetness to it there was also a brokenness to both Warren and Ali that just tugged on my heartstrings and made me want to hug them tight. Reading Warren and Ali’s story was so inspiring and beautiful. The fact that they both had to overcome some pretty significant obstacles but they were able to do it together was just greatness. I wasn’t ready for this book to end, I’m definitely going to have a book hangover from this one.
