Do you love your child and loathe bad people who want to harm him? Then Heroic Parenting is for you! ♥

If you’ve ever lost sleep worrying about your child’s safety, you’re not alone. You may want to wrap your munchkin in a protective bubble and defend him from every harm but doing so could emotionally cripple him and make him more, not less, vulnerable to predators.

In Heroic Parenting, danger expert CJ Scarlet helps you teach your child how to handle himself in scary situations, ranging from bullying and digital dangers to sexual abuse and kidnapping.

After reading this book, you’ll feel more knowledgeable and confident in your ability to talk candidly with your child at his age and maturity level without scaring him to death. It’s time to ditch the worry and get some sleep!

This super informative, unputdownable book (with TONS of downloadable bonus content!) is the new bible for parents looking to raise safe, savvy, confident kids.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!! Heroic Parenting is an alternate version of Badass An Irreverent Guide to Raising Safe, Savvy, Confident Kids—a much snarkier, edgier book that contains profanity. (If you’re NOT put off by foul language, you’ll definitely want to read Badass Parenting instead.) However, if you prefer a family-friendly version of the book, Heroic Parenting is for you. Know that while the swearing is redacted, the wisdom is not!

As a parent, I am always wondering how to raise safe, savvy, and confident kids. Now with COVID-19 kids spend so much time online and it’s not always easy to make sure they are safe. This book is very helpful as a guide to have conversations with your kids about safety and making good choices. Many times I wonder how much information to share with my kids to keep them safe. Heroic Parenting helps you to think about the people who interact with your child such as siblings, older kids, caregivers, and authority figures. I found particularly interesting the chapter about digital dangers as kids spend more and more time online. It is very helpful to know how to talk to kids depending on their age. If you want to raise safe and confident kids, you will enjoy this book.

I absolutely enjoyed reading this book. I personally loved the premise of the book, and loved the book even more. I liked the way the author tackles through all related areas and I would without a doubt recommend it to all parents!

The author definitely answered all the questions I had on how to stop worrying and teach my kids how to be safe, protect and defend themselves.

The book is basically a guide for all parents out there that are worried about the safety of their children, and guides us on how to raise them to basically be their own heroes! It goes through bullying, online dangers, abductions and assaults, and guides us accordingly on how to talk to our children depending on their age and even provides us with some suggestions on how to keep our kids safe.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. This did not affect my review in any way.
