An incredibly helpful writing exrercise book. Not focused on any one genre. Definitely succeeds in getting you writing.

There are a lot of great writing exercises and tips in this book, using ideas from everyday life. It is a help to any writer who suffers from writer's block or wants to expand their writing skills.
