Deanna lived in our ward in KY. She also knows my uncle @ Deseret Book.

Love it for the illustrations and simplified stories. Glad to have more stories from the BOM. But the organization of these series is scattered and could have been done better from the beginning.

The stories in this one are a bit longer than the first but still short and sweet. I would guess a 4 year old would enjoy them, or a calmer, more patient 3 year old than the one I have :)

Fun way to learn your Book of Mormon Stories. There are two books because there are so many stories. A great introduction for kids.

This is a wonderful book to have in your home. It very easily tells stories from the Book of Mormon in a simple way that young children can understand. It is also full of great pictures that tell each story in and of themselves. We use this book for our Happy Home Feeling Nights (probably know as Family Home Evening in your LDS home), and also read from it on Sundays at bedtime.
My son loves this book. We started him on it earlier than the recommended age, but what the heck, he likes books and is able to sit through actual stories rather than just one or two pictures.

These are great first books for kids. Instead of the regular board books just lasting them long enough to read the word on the page, these books can be used for years to come. They are filled with stories that they can begin to love from a very early age just by looking at the pictures then later it can help them as they begin to read.
