It is a comprehensive book that blends detailed illustrations with practical guidance. As orthopedic specialist (Dr. Eitan Ingall), I find the way this book connects foot health to overall wellbeing particularly insightful. It provides readers with clear, easy-to-follow techniques that make reflexology both accessible and beneficial.

I am really liked this book. It answers some questions I had about my own health issues--diagnosed by an alternative health care professional, but never fully explained.
As I hoped when I began this book, it helped me develop an understanding of reflexology and its efficacy. I have tried some of the massages on myself and my family and found them regenerating and soothing.

I have the 1996 edition. I've always felt weird about Reflexology. Something with it didn't quite gel with me. This book is the only book that's ever made me go, AH! I see! So, what's the diff? Dougans relates reflexology to the acupuncture meridians. This makes sense to me. I comprehend.

Writing with an holistic anthropological understanding knocks the hundreds of books out there off the shelf! Not being American she is not contained by the nonsense that is reiterated over and over on this subject.

I'm not a student of relexology, but I wanted a book that would get me an better than basic overview of how it works. This book does that with illustations and photographs. No frills and no idea (or condesending conmmentary) that it's for a professional.
