I dont know what to say about this book
but as a selective reading for some system and whole reading of other systems
it was and it is still one of the best books about medicine

The reader will flip through the brilliantly laid out charts, diagrams, and tables with ease and alacrity. If you don't mind British spelling and terminology, this book is easier to read than Cecil.

It's quite a good book for undergraduate medicine. It has good breadth but not enough details in certain areas and too much details in others. I think it's competitor Kumar and Clark's is better for undergraduate medicine in the UK.
