In my defense, the first time I saw her I didn't know who she was.
Kind, gorgeous, a little naïve. Ginny brightened my world from day one.
I knew I was no good for her. She was just out of a relationship and I had a reputation for having a new girl in my bed every weekend.
I tried to do the right thing. Hones ...more

I love Rebecca Jenshak’s sports romances and I was super excited to read this one. First off, it’s a friends to lovers and brother’s friend/roommate romance. And second of all, the hero is Nate’s (from ‘The Fake’) brother.
Ginny is a college freshman who just got out of a breakup. She doesn’t know anyone at Valley college, except for her hockey playing brother, Adam. She starts to meet some of Adam’s friends and teammates, one of them who is insanely attractive to her, Heath. Heath an ...more

Ginny Scott is a newly single college freshman at Valley University in Arizona. She's fresh off a break up and the new girl on campus. The only thing familiar there is her older brother Adam. As she tries to make new friends and socialize more she meets her brother's insanely hot friend Heath. She's ridiculously attracted to him, and his playful personality. He has a reputation as a ladies man, and is all wrong for her, so she tries to resist his ...more
He smells like soap and sun and wild dreams. Dreams you shouldn't allow because they're so out of reach, but you can't help but want. Dreams you don't speak of, but that live in the darkest corner of your mind.
Sweet friends-to-lovers story that will melt your heart... 4 stars!
This book was like the best cozy sweater that's in your closet. You know, the one that's stretched out and mostly faded but feels like a hug from your grandma. It was so nice being back at Valley U and seeing familiar l ...more
Secret Puck is a new adult college sports romance. It is a brothers team mate/friend romance with a somewhat secret/hidden relationship aspect and combines friends to lovers and slight age gap elements.
Ginny is recently out of a relationship and starting her freshman year of college. She isn't necessarily looking for a serious relationship and just plans on enjoying her college experience and meeting new people. While at college she is introduced to her brother's hockey team mates and ...more
We return to Valley U, with the start of the Campus Nights series giving us Heath Payne’s story. If you have read the author’s Smart Jock’s series, you will already know a little about Heath, although I’d recommend reading the series, you really don’t need to have done so, to enjoy his and Ginny’s story.
"You and I are going to be friends…"
"…Friends… I don’t have girlfriends."
"You do now..."
Heath likes to keep his relationships commitment free, and Ginny is all a ...more

Welcome back to the Velley U!!
Rebecca Jenshak brings us back to the campus where we previously fell in love with a bunch of beautiful and funny jocks. Now we meet another group of friends and I can assure you they have nothing to envy to the old ones who in the meantime have graduated.
Secret Puck was a nice and sweet read, low in the drama side and full of funny scenes.
Heath is a promising hockey player, he likes flings without any feelings. Ginny is a freshman, she has planned to start college

I LOVED Secret Puck! It was the perfect blend of both adorable and sweet and hot and steamy. I’m not entirely sure what I was expecting after reading the blurb, but it definitely wasn’t this. I’m all for a forbidden and secret romance, so I was super excited when I found out it was between a teammate and his captain’s sister. But it definitely had more of a friends to lovers vibe than anything. I mean sure there was a teensy bit of sneaking around, but Heath and Ginny were completely obv ...more

Rebecca Jenshak writes the best sports romance, so when I heard she was going to be writing a hockey series I couldn't wait to read it. Secret Puck hits all my favorite tropes. It is a hockey romance, friends to lovers, brother’s friend and roommate romance.
Ginny has just arrived at Valley U for her freshman year. She doesn't know anyone, except her hockey player brother, Adam. Ginny is getting over a bad breakup and dating someone new is not at all on her radar in her first year. Ginny ...more
I really enjoyed this story. Rebecca is on fine form, with her usual brand of banter, slow burn romances and likeable and engaging characters. And the secondary characters are great, in particular the guys on Heath’s team a ...more
This book is the perfect bridge from the smart jocks and oh my word I loved it so much. Heath and Ginny just...gah, there's no way not to fall in love with them.
This book is a steamy read wrapped up in a slow burn that will have you turning the pages because you just can't get enough!!!
I'm so ready for more in this series!!!!

I got to know Rebecca Jenshak's writing this year and since then I've read several books by her and found myself captivated by her stories. If you like to read a Sport romance that takes place at the university, this book cannot be left aside because it is a great start for a new series and ends up introducing us to several characters that I hope to meet in the future.
Here the story revolves around Heath and Ginny, he who for fans of the author was briefly presented in the book The fake ...more
I know that this is going to be hard to believe but this is the first book I have read by Rebecca Jenshak. If this book is anything to go by I will be looking into her other books as soon as time permits.
This booked ticked the boxes for me. Secret Puck was well written, with characters whose story you cannot help but become invested in. This was an entertaining read that had me riveted from the first to the last chapter in Heath and ...more
Note: This review is for an ARC and is my unbiased opinion.
You know how some books make your heart happy? That's exactly what Secret Puck did for me. I loved it from the very start. I had no doubt I would, getting to return to the same college setting that hosted Jenshak's Smart Jocks series, and getting to know Nathan's little brother Heath better. It was more than that, though. Jenshak has become an author I know is going to make laugh, smile, and fall in love w ...more
I liked Ginny and Heaths chemistry. They had a certain spark!
I’m excited to read more about Adam and Reagan!! Arc provided by wildfire marketing
Likeable, young romance
Rebecca Jenshak is a new to me author, despite having many of her books on my wishlist as a result of my newly discovered enjoyment of new adult romances.
This particular book is the first in a new series, Campus Nights, about a group of students at Valley University in Arizona. We get to meet lots of characters in this books - Ginny’s new friends and her brother’s (and Heath’s) teammates from the hockey team. Presumably some, if not all, of those characters will ...more
