One woman. Two brothers. Three lives.

The coldest winter brings first loves. The winter that changed me forever.

I caught the eyes of the untouchable, wealthy, notorious rich, bad boys of Emerson University.
Isaah and Saagh.

I was a young, orphaned girl starving for attention and was always taught by my parents that I will meet 'the one'. I was crossing the street when the

He noticed her looking. “I’m right here, jaan. I’m not going anywhere. It’s a forever thing.”

So this the Prequel to The Name of Red
All about Isaah and Red's love story.
I personally loved Isaah
He is fun, loving, caring and treats his girl well.
I loved the way he courted Red.
And I also have a thing for bikers guy 🙊 so there's that.

The plot is sad 😪😪 as we all already knew about it who have read The name of Red

So this is the fourth book I’ve read written by Beena and each book makes me crave the next one even more. I’m so in love with her writing style. Each story sends a message and if you pay attention, you hear it loud and clear.

This particular book was about Red and Isaah, but also about Red and Saagh. Color me red made me understand better the connection Red had with the two brothers. I was a sucker for Isaah... he was so attract

Color Me Red is a book that delves deep into the realities-- the highest of highs and lowest of lows-- of what it's like to be in love. All of the emotions Elif went through oozed out of the page and latched onto my own.

We get two different stories that show the wide spectrum of love. On one hand, and swoon-worthy fairytale and on the other, raw and reflective of realistic bad relationships in the real world. Before Kabir, Elif truly experienced it all and it was so nice to see the story that s

This was my first book by Beena Khan and I really enjoyed it!!! Will Red choose her best friend Saagh who is dark and possessive or will she choose Isaah who ran over her with his motorcycle? I definitely will be going back to check out the other books in the series!!! Read and enjoy!!!

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the third book in the series and the author does not disappoint! She once again brings strong characters and weaves an emotional story with descriptive scenes and had me glued to the pages reading. My heart went out to Elif and all she goes through. I loved and would recommend this book.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.

Beena Khan, ‘Color me Red’.
May We Meet Again.

As a reviewer I received a free copy of this book and promised an honest comment. Here it is.

Rating: 4 (of 5 stars).

In general: Dramatic ‘enemies to lovers’ story.

Main characters:
- Elif Mazardarani (20).
An exotic looking girl with Persian and Pakistani roots. Her parents came to Canada when she was 5 years old. The family got wealthy. But when 15 years old Elif became an orphan when her family was killed during a burglary. She was raised by an aunt,

This was a lovely read for me after reading the other books. I was so eager to learn more about Elif's young life and this novel gave me exactly what I wanted. Delving into this world and these characters feels like coming home after becoming so familiar with the other books.

Khan explores two very different relationships in this novel - both having a role to play in our main character's life, her ultimate fate, and bringing her joy along the way, but both causing pain and suffering in their own

4.5 stars for Color Me Red by Beena Khan. This is book three in the Red Series. I was given an ARC of this book in exchange of an honest review. All opinions stated are my own. This book is a prequel that shows us more about how Red became the bada** she was. You already know what is to come for Red but that does not take away from this story at all. I absolutely loved Isaah’s character and wanted happiness for Saagh. This book provided us with a look at how a women can overcome her past and bec ...more

It took me a while to start reading this book. You know, with the holidays and all, I got busy.

But when I finally got the time to read, wow, it was awesome. The writing style was different for me. I grew up reading harlequin-mills & boon so it's kind of different for me but in a good way.

This was my first Beena Khan book and I'm sure it won't be the last. Looking forward to reading more of her books!

The plot was sad. I don't know how Red could have survived all the challenges in her life but sh

I received a free ARC from Ms. Beena Khan for the promise of an honest review.

Color of Me is a very emotional book. It is the background story of Red before she came to New York. For someone so young she has had a difficult life full of grief and pain.

For the most part it seems as if Elif had a happy childhood until she was 15. At 15 her parents were murdered. Elif built walls around herself until she met Issah. Life looked positive from that point on. Then tragedy struck and Elif entered a dow

The Girl in Red...
The one who broke hearts...
The one who changed lives....
The one no one will forget....
This book shed a bright light upon the infamous Red's past.
Her tragic past.
Her grief.
Her love for two polar opposite men.
And how she became a (in my opinion) self loathing and unappreciative person....
When you get to know the girl behind the red dress, you understand her... And you finally understand the phrase that circumstances make the man....

This is the 2nd book I've read written by Beena Khan; she has done a great job at writing a good book; I can’t wait to read more of her books.

The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

I loved the characters.

“When I saw this book I knew I wanted it. The first two books were amazing and I was more than ready for this one. The thing with this author is that she doesn’t know who to disappoint. Geez this book had it all. The emotions, the background story and the plot itself was impressive.”

This was an interesting tale of Red’s backstory. The storyline was heartfelt and emotional, and showed some of the complexities of the human/female psyche and some of the difficult choices we have to make.

I enjoyed this novel immensely. The author understands character psychology and utilizes it in a realistic way, making for a series of interwoven themes from character to character. None of these characters are cookie-cutter perfect. They fall, they get back up again and try to improve themselves. Sometimes they succeed, sometimes not. It's a romance, but not a classic one--sometimes, the guy doesn't get the girl, and the girl? She chooses her own self improvement over the mess of a guy. If you ...more

Color Me Red is the third installment from Beena Khan’s Red series. I have enjoyed the previous books of this series and this one does not disappoint. I have to say that this one may be among my favorite to date. This one was one that kept me on an emotional roller coaster. It was so very good.
I am giving Color Me Red five stars. I am hoping there will be a book four from the Red series.

Beena Khan brings us the moving prequel to The Name of Red. It is the story of the young Red and her loves, losses, and regrets.  It explains in every heartbreaking and tear-filled detail how Red becomes the broken woman she portrays in book 1.

A love triangle between two handsome playboy brothers and a beautiful young woman.  Red is drawn to both brothers. Her mother said to "pick the guy who is protective over controlling".  Who does she choose? The self-assured Isaah who is happy to be the cen

I had the opportunity to read a copy of this book from the author but all opinions are my own.

This book, "Color me Red", is a prequel of the events before "The Name of Red" and "The Weight on Skin" and follows Elif's life before meeting Kabir.

After reading the previous book, I was really curious to know more about Elif and her relationship with Isaah. I have to say that after meeting Kabir, I had really high standards for the male lead but Beena succeeded in creating two very different characte

Warning: Handle your heart with care while you're reading, it will hurt a lot...

Let's take a moment to adore the cover of this 3rd book in the Red Series which takes us to the life of younger Red before she meets with Kabir in the 1st book. We find out, why she becomes Red... And why she squirms herself in pain...

I really enjoyed the previous books of this series and this one didn’t disappoint. Brilliant book well written and a great cast of characters. I loved this book couldn't put it down. I found myself running through all the emotions while reading this story. It had all the feels you want in a romance book. Red is an example of a strong woman who survived and tried to live her life as well as possible. It was really nice to see the story that shaped Red to fall in love with Kabir. Before Red was a dynamic and powerful woman, she was an innocent orphan

Color Me Red is the book and prequel of the character Red. This is her story before she met Kabir, before he came into her life. This story brings first loves... Isaah and Saagh. The winter that changed for forever. A literary new adult college romance/women's fiction. I wrote this book in in 2 1/2 weeks.

She rolled her eyes at him. “You’re so
