I wanted more out of this book. I didn't always agree with its cost-saving tips (like using credit cards and leasing cars, hmm)... and the boxed highlights only broke up the text so I'd have to flip back and forth between pages to finish sentences. If this book was put together by editors of a printing press then shouldn't they have known better when it came to page layout?

I personally got the most out of the home maintenance section because I am an amateur when it comes to home repairs. And if I write up a grocery list then I'll probably list it by row, as the book suggests. But other then that, hmm.

a horrible book that I don't recommend for anyone. You should never use credit cards to try and save money.

Though this book was written in the 90's I actually learned quite a bit. It had great information on saving money on just about everything. It is definitely a book I will keep handy as a reference.
