I'm so glad that a registered dietitian nutritionist has authored a book like this one. O'Connor presents a whole-foods-based 21 day plan complete with grocery lists, kitchen equipment, and 50 recipes for inspiration. Cashew Date Oat Bites? Yes please. I especially enjoy the unique recipes that all sound delicious. If you've got questions about the alkaline diet, this book is for you!

Great book. I would have loved if the author inserted some citations for someone of the things said. Could have also used a bit more depth.

I will be trying the 21 day challenge.
