I don't know how to start - be prepared for some provoking thoughts/ ideas which the logical side of the brain will diminish. This book is for those who are highly spiritual (not religious) and have an open mind to concepts/sharings which may seem untraditional and impossible. I love the author for his teachings and endlessly sharing his own spiritual journeys. His work is just phenomenal and let me contemplate.
