This book is a true gift to those who are living or familiar with a bipolar disorder.
Before reading this book, I spent many hours searching through the internet, learning as much as I could about bipolar disorder. I would have saved a lot of time had I bought this book at once!
Breaking Bipolar is practical and straightforward; it focuses on creating a particular battle plan, intending to control mental illness, and overcome anxious or depressive thoughts and emotions.

A must read !
I have absolutely loved reading this book. As someone with bipolar I have learned so much from this book. The book is so insightful and written using many of sources. I enjoyed seeing different statistics throughout the book and the well cited information provided. The author uses quotes from famous influencers which I found interesting and informative. I really liked his take on discussing how to combat bipolar. I am just learning more about bipolar as I have been recently diagnose
