Best known for her role as the ditzy blonde Chrissy Snow on the ABC sitcom Three's Company, she also had a noted starring role on the sitcom Step by Step as Carol Foster Lambert. Great! Really informative as far as nutrition goes, and I've read A LOT on that subject... I just wish I wasn't a vegetarian, it'd make the process A LOT easier... Good read, especially for those trying to get rid of unwanted weight...
