The sins of the father became those of the son.
Wrath for taking what was precious to me.
Greed for the lives that were mine to kill.
Sloth for the destruction against their will.
Lust for revenge and the blood I'd spill.
Gluttony for the souls I craved.
Envy for the spirits I had yet to take.
Pride for the birthright I'd soon fulfill.

I really didn't know what to expect from El Diablo II.
We all loved Alejandro Martinez (even when we wanted to kill him LOL) and
i was kinda scared that resurrecting the Devil through his son, could have been a disaster, BUT i've should known Monica Robinson never dissapoint her readers😏😏

Let’s cut to the chase ok? For me, this is hands down ONE of THE BEST book by’s a very very very slow second to her No where to Go series. Having said that, it also ties in with El Diablo.
I had high hopes with El Diablo II and it delivered.

El Diablo II is scary and so bloody good.

The teasers said “The only thing worse than the Devil is his son” and boy isn’t that the truth.
Cruz Martinez is sinfully good…utterly tempting and oh so hypnotising.

'El Diablo 2' is a standalone Mafia Romance by the best selling author M.Robinson. Told in dual Perspectives , this book had all the devilish feels!!

Ohhhh dayummmmm. This book was magnificent.

M Robinson knocks it out of the park with El Diablo. I fell completely in love with Cruz Martinez. The son of El Diablo was destined to walk in his father's shoes and the circumstances that lead him to becoming El Diablo are tragic and make for a hell of a romantic suspense.

There wasn't a single moment that I wasn't fully engaged in this book. So completely consumed that there's one thing about this book that didn't even register until the end and whe

I absolutely loved El Diablo I; I loved everything about it and in it, from the plot to the characters, from its starting to its every single word leading to its ending. So naturally, I had very high expectations from this book and that was my very err.

In hindsight, if I had toned down my expectations and not kept looking for the greatness the first book of the series was, I would not be disappointed. So my verdict is that if you are going to read this book, don't go in with very high expectati

Think extreme of passion and angst. Imagine overwhelming suspense and paralyzing twists. Expect emotions those will tear you apart and secrets those will make your heart stop. Now multiply everything by million times. And M. Robinson delivered it with ease and style in El Diablo II. BE READY TO GET YOUR MIND BLOWN. In a spectacular way.

El Diablo ll is ideal for fans of El Diablo. I think you will get a lot more enjoyment out of this book, if you read that one first.

Side note: This story introduces the H's sister's book, and I'm super curious about that one.

This was a fantastic mafia romance with an arranged marriage, secrets and suspense. It was a fast paced, dark and thrilling ride that I thoroughly enjoyed!

My sexy, arrogant mafioso absolutely made this book for me! Taking the throne from his father to become the new El Diablo.

Cruz Martinez had a legacy to uphold. Protected from the truth since he was young, he wanted to be his own person and embrace what’s in his blood. But his choices would change the course of his life and dragging Sienna Luciano in it whether they prepared to face it or not.

The characters were a lot younger than I expected and I liked that fact. I love his name Cruz and I liked both of them in the

This was long overdue. It's been 4 years since i have been waiting for this one. LITERALLY.

El Diablo was my first ever mafia read, when i started reading El Diablo i had no idea that i'll never be the same. I loved Alejandro Martinez and Lexi with my whole heart, i mean it was one of those books that no matter how many years goes by you'll always remember. Always. “Time stood still while the whole world continued on without me. I willingly surrendered, allowing one of the last memories I had.”

Cruz Martinez has been his sister’s protector ever since he could remember. At only twenty one years of age he knew there was more to his father’s demands and commands but he really didn’t truly know until now.

I cannot even describe the level of excitement I felt when I found out about El Diablo II. M. Robinson completely blew me away with Alejandro and Lexi’s book, and the mere thought of another story in this world gave me goosebumps. Cruz Martinez, the son of the infamous El Diablo, had a lot to prove that he’s a worthy heir to his father. Has he lived up to the legend? YOU CAN BET HE DID!

At 21 years old, Crucifixio “Cruz” Martinez is indoctrinated into El Diablo’s world and all irrevocably shifts. As he vows to protect his family, layers of secrets and years of violence threaten to take hold at any moment and Cruz is put to the test.

“My heart turned cold. My soul black. My future not promised in any path.”

From the beginning, there are different dynamics at play. With Cruz and Sienna, there is a push/ pull between them and both have reasons for their actions. As Cruz is s

Holy moly! This was worth the wait and DID NOT disappoint!! THis story takes off with Cruz and his sister and discoverong their Dad's past. From there without any spoilers things happen that change/mold Cruz forever. We alos get alot of snippets of Alejandro. This book was geat. Sucked me in from the start. Sienna is made for Cruz- their strength matches. She is an amazing lead for him and partner. If you enjoyed the firs book then this one will not disappoint you. I was sucked in from the start ...more

I’m entranced with the words and world that M. Robinson creates! I fell hard for Alejandro! I don’t even know how! His evil oozed off him but he had the biggest heart! Cruz the son, the apple of his eye I wasn’t sure what to expect! Like father like son but yet the son was so much MORE!

The depths of his anger, his thirst for revenge; Cruz at times made his father look innocent but just as his dad the love that Cruz held inside was more than anything I expected! His love for his family was immea

I must admit I went into this book with major triggers from the first book. Alejandro perving on Lexi was not sexy, it was pedophilia straight up. So, my review may be skewed based on that fact.
I liked both Cruz and Sienna , but I didn't like them together. There was too much Alejando and shit from the last book to be a true standalone. While reading this M Robinson made me feel like Alejandro was 45 instead of almost 70 +

My heart was then stolen by Creed Jameson, after which his brother Noah was then able to weasel his way in there also. Damien made me confess all my sins. If you have read El Diablo then you can understand why I was beyond excited for Alejandro’s son, Cruz, to get his own book! I didn’t know I needed this in my life! Although the author wrote this as a standalone, I HIGHLY suggest you read Alejandro Martinez’s book, El Diablo, first. If you decide to read this, please go in blind. Trust me, it’ll be worth it.

I’m going to keep this short and without spoilers- you need to drop everything and read El Diablo II. Cruz and Sienna’s story is so much more

In the name of Cruz's full name...

erm, let's not talk about that. Ever.

Anyways, I really loved Cruz. He's nowhere near the asshole I thought he was going to be (to Sin), being Alejandro's son. There's a lot of Lexi in him. As for Sienna, it took me a while to warm up to her, but I did eventually. It only took more than half of the book for that to happen. I just wished there was more of them as couple tho.

This story clawed at my very heart and soul , I felt everything.

The angst and the darkness drew me into Cruz and Sienna's story ,tossing my emotions in the air like clay pigeons waiting to be shot, but their passion always brought my feet back to solid ground .
