This book doesn't prescribe to one strategy, but instead gives you an overview of four: the family bed, cry it out, small steps, or live with it plan. In my opinion, the best part is the worksheets they provide so you can reflect on the problem, your child's sleep associations, the potential plans, and dealing with any issues of guilt. It also provides you with a list of additional sources at the end of each chapter if you want to further research any topic. It was well organized, easy to understand and read, and considerate to a tired parent.
