Echo Team has a new addition—a K-9, and he’s in need of training . . .

Eight-plus years as Echo Three and Chris Hunter is still as mission-focused as ever, continuing to fight for his country as part of a secretive team of operatives serving the President.

When Chris decides to rescue a dog for the team, he soon discovers he and the guys are far from K-9 whisperers, and they need help. When Chris seeks a witty and beautiful woman he once met to train his Belgian Malinois, he winds up tripping all over himself to impress the dog handler as well.

After a decade of thrill-seeking, Rory McAdams decides to move to New Orleans and put her adventurous life behind her, hoping to pursue her other passion working with dogs. She never anticipates a gorgeous Navy SEAL to knock on the door and hire her for her first job.

Training Chris’s K-9 is one thing. Trying not to fall for the dog’s hilarious and handsome owner . . . quite another.

But when a dangerous threat from Rory’s past comes back to haunt her, she’ll find herself turning to Chris for help to partake in one final mission—one meant to save her life.

It’s an operation like no other, and Echo and Bravo Teams must do whatever it takes to succeed, even if it means working with the enemy.

The Stealth Ops Team - Navy SEALS who handle off-the-books operations for the President under the guise of an alias, Scott & Scott Securities.

This book is the BEST, hands down! That should be enough for you to go ahead and read this book and one click/buy it on every platform possible because you bet I will! Chris just might be your next book boyfriend because he became one of mine. I loved everything about this book: the originality, the characters, the crossovers, the passion between Rory and Chris, the foreshadowing of what’s to come, and the suspense/action. I have no idea how Brittney does it, but every book she writes, it blows the last book away ten folds! I already loved Brittney before, but now I love her even more!!! This book left me speechless, in awe with goosebumps, in shock with my jaw dropping, made me tear up, laugh out loud and smile, left me swooning over Chris and fanning myself off with the heated passion between Rory and Chris. I do not want to give anything away because you NEED to read this book yourself, but from the first page of this book you will be captivated by Rory and Chris that you will won’t be able to put this book down. If you thought Rory was just a dog trainer, you are in for a treat! She is a complete bad ass and if I could be someone when I grow up, it would be blend of her, Jessica, Harper, and Emilia. Chris is everything you imagined he would be and more. The fun loving jokester has many layers that will be peeled back and once you see the real Chris, you will love him even more. You get to know Harper, Roman, and Finn a little more, which gears us up for the last two books of the Stealth Ops series and you will be surprised by what you read. I know I was. There are new characters you will meet as well as get reacquainted with old ones (Dublin Nights, hint hint). The possibility of seeing them all again is exciting and I can’t wait to see what adventure Brittney will have them take next. Two of my favorite scenes from this book is the Halloween Party with the guys’ outfits and the dancing and the end of the book when Chris finally decides to go see Riley Logan. If only I could have been there and Sebastian was there, I would be in Heaven! The Git Up Song will forever be my favorite because of this book and Chasing Daylight. I love how Brittney isn’t afraid to address hard truths and real life problems in her books. The special note in the back of the book was beautiful and I love how Brittney wrote this book to help make the invisible wounds and those who are silently suffering socially accepted and not just a topic that people try to avoid. This may sound completely silly, but after reading Brittney’s books I feel like I learn a little bit more about the world. Like I had no idea what trad climbing was, how extensive the world of smuggling & trafficking actually is, and that there was a place called Mona Island. I also feel like I travelled the world with the team since Brittney does a phenomenal job at detailing each location so that its like you are there with them. How she described the little town of Cassis, France, the mentioning of the view of Mount Etna from Emilia’s castle, and the places Rory has been in her travels all sound incredible. I might just have to put them on the Stealth Ops Travel Bucket List for when traveling around the world freely is okay. This is my favorite book of Brittney’s to date and I’m sure the next one will be my new favorite once Brittney writes it. Lol! If this review, doesn’t make you want to read this book then you will be missing out my friend!

Thank you Brittney for sharing this beautiful book with me and for letting your love and passion seep out of the pages and into the hearts of your readers.

I received an ARC copy of this book and I am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts and opinions of this book.

Bravo & Echo Team meets League leaders

Is there another rating I could ever give to Brittney Sahin’s books other than 5 stars? Is it even possible that this woman writes anything other than books that hold my breath until the last moment? I mean you’ll think after 8 books from the same series that things would get old but if I know something with this author is that her stories are always entertaining, always different and original.

I’m really dreaming for Netflix or anyone in the industry to just wake up and contact Brittney to tell her the guys are coming to our little screens. Bravo & Echo Team are such a bunch of endearing tough guys falling one after the other for incredible women. Be ready to get on board for such a ride, your next thought will be: what comes next?

“Chasing Fortune” is an adventure full of secrets, deceit and lies. Rory is more than the dog trainer she let herself be. She is maybe the strongest woman ever met after Jessica in the entire series. Chris is mostly known as the jokester of the group but in reality if you scratch the surface, you’ll see a lot more underneath.

Reading this book felt like Russian dolls where each layer you discover hides something you want to unravel. It was not only the characters but also the situation they were in, the people they meet, the connection they make and the world they are in. As usual, the romance, the attraction, the feelings are there but there’s always this little “more” in Brittney’s story that got to you each and every single time.

Everything is so well detailed that it was as if I could picture it and imagine it perfectly. And the perfect gift was, once again, to be able to be with the Echo Team and Bravo team together as well as a crossover with the Dublin Night series. Getting all the characters in one book satisfied me to no end because I loved them all so much, I’d want them in all the books if I could. This also shows how a great team they all are and it makes me think back to the time where I read their stories.

With Brittney’s books I’m always looking forward for my next fix and I can’t never have enough!! Knowing there is a new series coming up makes me all giddy already.

Brittney Sahin is one of my favorite authors. She expertly weaves a story filled with action & drama without sacrificing the plot or character development. Her Stealth Ops series centers around two teams, Bravo & Echo, former Navy SEALs working to rid the world of bad guys, one mission at a time. Brittney’s stories are rich in details allowing the reader to visualize the people & setting and feel every emotional beat along the way.

I found this definition of Fortune;
verb
to chance or happen; come by chance.

Chris Hunter, Navy SEAL, recruited to join Scott & Scott Security, call sign Echo 3.
Rory McAdams, antiquities expert, researcher, former treasure hunter.

“Chasing Fortune” offers a deeper dive into the lives of Chris & Rory. We get a glimpse into Chris’ backstory, how a kid from Boston fulfilled a goal of joining the Navy and a becoming a member of the elite SEALs. Rory, Alabama native, best friend of AJ’s sister, felt an overwhelming need to prove herself after college. A chance encounter with a stranger leads her to a life of treasure hunting.

Chris and Rory met at AJ’s family shindig for his sister’s wedding. The attraction between them was instant and undeniable, and yet neither one has the courage to make the first move. Chris has a huge heart, is fiercely loyal to his team family and worries he’s not worthy, he’s unlovable. He uses humor to mask his pain. Rory’s last hunt leads her to an ominous warning and a life changing discovery. She gives up her quest for adventure and start a canine training business.
Chris wants to add a K9 to the team and is determined to have Rory’s help with his new buddy.

Training together they become friends, develop a deep respect & trust for each other and then get tangled up in a life and death hunt with Roman & Harper. A few old friends & surprise guests pop in as well for what becomes a shell game to uncover the truth. Chasing Fortune is a thrilling adventure filled with plenty of steamy romance and not to be missed.

This book is packed with action, excitement, steamy scenes, and lots of characters from past present, and future storylines! 'Chasing Fortune' delves into PTSD; Chris puts a face to it. Through his challenges, the reader is able to make a deeper connection to him and understand his hesitations toward Rory. Chris and Rory are are a great team, both loyal, protective, and adventurous. Not only do these qualities bring them together to form an immediate bond, but the same qualities put them in imminent danger. If you're looking for a story of love, adventures, pirates, billionaires, clairvoyants, secret SEALS, and more, 'Chasing Fortune' is a great choice.

Brittney Sahin's Stealth Ops series has really become one of my favorite book series ever. All the books are cleverly written, features relatable characters, humor, hot romance, heart-stopping action, and at the core, stories of family and friendship. Chasing Fortune is no different.

In this book, we meet Echo Three, Chris Hunter. Characterized in previous books as the fun guy, behind that facade is actually a deep, thoughtful, kind, and scarred character. His family history and experience as a SEAL has made him to be wary of relationships. He's content with his Echo Team brothers and the job they do. Rory McAdams grew up in a small southern town surrounded by family and friends and love, and yet, she chose to roam to world in search of bigger adventures. Together, Chris and Rory find a way to love, heal, meld their worlds, and bring down the bad guys.

What makes Chasing Fortune a bit different is the focus of most of the book is on Chris and Rory, and Roman and Harper. Instead of the nonstop action we see in previous books, this one is more of a psychological, cat-and-mouse, whodunnit kind of story. We were also introduced to a character that seemed to be a villain but is he really? It took a minute to get used to but the way Brittney has weaved this story together, again, is a testament to her excellence in bringing us stories that hook readers from the start and keep them engaged and invested in her characters.

Chris is already a favorite with Stealth Ops fans, and will love Chasing Fortune. It is a wonderful addition to this series. And if you're coming across this book for the first time, read it, enjoy it, and go back to start of the series (and even back to the Becoming Us duet). You will not regret it!

Wow. I was so excited for this book and now that I am finished with it I am sad that it is over. Chris, Rory and Bear’s story was exciting and action packed as well as fun and steamy. We have a whole ring of pirates (argh), smugglers, & traffickers that have to be brought down and a bad a$$ team to do it. Bravo and Echo band together with some new alliances to bring these bad guys DOWN! **Spolier Alert** we have some crossovers in here!!! I was most excited for SEBASTIAN RENAUD he is one of my favorites from The Real Deal as well as a few other League Leaders from The Dublin Nights series! Dr. Riley Logan from The Final Goodbye also makes an appearance as well as some Bama folks!! Not only did I enjoy the action packed sequence of events, but watching Chris and Rory live their love song made my heart melt! I think fate really strung these two together and they really needed each other. He has definitely found someone that shares his love for animals.. especially their new K9, Bear. This book has become my new favorite out of the Stealth Ops series. I love that Sahin was able to bring all these people together in one riveting story!! I will definitely be reading it again.

A 5+ star adventure

Great action, great crossover, great story, great everything. This book starts off with a huge surprise twist and the adventure, romance, and humor just kept coming. Rory is a fabulous female character - smart, strong, secure. Chris has a huge heart. They made a great team.

While this is the 8th book in the series, all of Brittney Sahin's books are so different so you won't feel like you are reading the same story over and over again.

The continuation of the Harper-Roman storyline arc was amazing- can't wait until it's their turn.

Loved it and will be a repeat read

The book that I've been waiting for I finally got to read it.. I actually finished reading it 3 days ago but I seriously needed a few days to process the whole book lol.

I'm absolutely so in love with Chris maybe that has to do with the fact that Brittney had Chris Evans as her muse for him *swoons* it made me love him even more.

I can't even put into words all the emotions I had whilst reading this book. I would be either laughing one minute, welling up the next, shocked in the next breath and then crying. Talk about being on a emotional roller-coaster lol. But it was oh so worth it.

This is by far my absolute favourite book ever from Brittney to date. Well along with my Asher's book(Stealth Ops book 3 Finding the Fight). These two are always going to share the number one spot. I just love these two guys so so much.

Chris is just wow. He's always the joker and funny guy but getting to know his story was sad. When he was a child he was hurt by the one person who's meant to always love, protect and be there for you. He's also got a deep-rooted problem that he just covers up with being the funny guy to everyone. But when he meets Rory she figures him out straight away and wants to help him with the problem. But let's just say that he doesn't take her advice because he says he's fine... But really she knows different.

Rory was so amazing and such a kickass woman and I love that about her. We met her in A.J's book briefly and she meets Chris for the first time and he certainly made an impression as she can't stop thinking about him. Rory's story is one hell of an adventure. Trust me it's one hell of a ride she's been on a journey lol. But she has to stop after something major happen on one of her "jobs" and she has to go back home and have a normal job to keep from getting herself and possibly her family killed. Yep drama lol.

I swear this book seriously kicked ass and I just want to read it all again because it was freaking awesome. Plus we also get a crossover with a few of the people from the Dublin Nights books one in particular Sebastian *swoon* I was so excited seeing him in this book.. Seriously my heart couldn't take it lol with Chris, Asher and then Hot as Hell Sebastian. I was in absolute heaven.

Brittney has once again given us another amazing story and I can't believe I've finally read it. I'm happy and sad all at the same time. I love her and her words

Do you ever think to yourself how does the author come up with these stories. Well this book is no exception to that thought. The visual story Brittney builds is so vibrate you can litterly see the characters out of the book. Her biggest book ever does not disappoint the way she setup the story and then flows through the middle and the end is flawless.

Chris Hunter aka Captain America Aka The Hunter Echo Three finally find a dog to train for the team. He reaches out to Rory the girl he met that summer at Ajs Families house I think he feel in love with her there but he had to find ways to open up to her. He has his own baggage he has to work through.
Rory has her own set of issues including have to hide from her past to keep her family and friends safe. Does her past come back to haunt her and how will Chris and Rory plus the Team work together to overcome danger?

Brittney's best book yet get it now!

You know how you wait forever to see a movie or read a book, and then when you do get to enjoy either, it falls far short or flat or dissatisfies? Well, Brittney Sahin’s new story about Rory and Chris is NOT one of those disappointments. Readers are gripped at the very beginning by the continuous action and danger throughout the novel as the heroine and hero inevitably fall for each other while trying to save the world. Each fights for right—Rory for animals who cannot speak for themselves and Chris for his country against bad guys. However, “it’s a small world,” and the two are brought together in another way as they both learn that one’s bad guy is the other’s animal smuggler, among other things. Rory, a strong thrill-seeking heroine, is driven to end animal smuggling/extinction by finding, stopping, and turning in the money-hungry criminals devoted to this work. It’s a dangerous endeavor, but she is good at it, until she finds out that she is too trusting of those she thought of as friends—the most deceiving being her ex. Chris is a SEAL team member working for the President. He persuades Rory to train a K-9 dog that washed out as a war dog for the military. Both Rory and Chris believe Bear is salvageable and can be trained. Bear is part of the draw for Rory, and Chris uses him to lure her to his home; but for Rory, Chris is the other part. She hasn’t stopped thinking of him since they met, so readers know they will have the HEA we all want primarily because Chris feels the same way about Rory. It’s the story’s plot in between the meeting and the HEA that book lovers will thoroughly relish as the whole SEAL team converges to help save all involved—those kidnapped, those terrorized, and those about to be killed. Chris, being the alpha hero that he is, wants to protect Rory, so he has to learn to trust her skills and let her “fly.” The Team (maybe?) could use Rory’s unique skills later on in other ops, but whether the SEALs do or not, Rory and Chris will have a good life because they work well together--they love each other, their families, and their jobs. Put it on your must-read list, people. Once again, great work, Brittney!

Chasing Fortune is mind blowing!

Omg, how and where do I begin? I can't fan girl enough of Brittney's writing because it just keeps getting better and better. Brittney Sahin is a mind bender. She challenges the reader to engage in her stories. Her ability to spin the story and create twists after twists is just crazy!

Chasing Fortune is masterfully written and emotionally charged. The dealing of PTSD was written with sensitivity and the sexual tension between Chris and Rory is electric! This book follows the story of Echo 3, Chris Hunter, as he takes on a Belgian Malinois to train. The canine, Bear, was deemed untrainable and was rejected by the Navy. In order to turn the dog into a Team dog, he will need a professional help. Enters Rory McAdams, whom Chris met three months ago and can't forget.

Bear, the dog, unknowingly brought both worlds into a tailspin. As the two characters get closer, pain and betrayals were brought into surface. Secrets unraveled, an unexpected hero is discovered, and someone is hiding behind the cloak of anonymity. Chris and Rory, along with Roman and Harper, went to a wild adventure and thrilling ride to chase who started it all.

This is an all star cast. I love crossovers, so it made me giddy with happiness when characters from the Dublin series take part in the action of bringing down the villains. Hidden Truth series and Becoming Us characters were also mentioned. This book has a little bit of everything. A little bit of Indiana Jones, Pirates of Caribbean, The Italian Job, and Green Zone. This is a must read for a Brittney Sahin fan.

I received this ARC for an honest review.

Oh wow! What an amazing book! I can’t even begin to describe how different this book is to what I expected! Rory is definitely not what she seems and Chris is so smitten he doesn’t know what he’s walked into when he asks for her help with Bear. Their connection was instant but circumstances dictated that they had to bide their time before they could act on it. The intense emotions between them are compounded by a seriously unique set of circumstances out of their control. What I love is we see a new character who I really want to get to know. The drama, suspense and intrigue in this book is off the charts awesome. The story is so not what you expect but it’s one those books once oyou pick it up and start you won’t stop. I have to say I love this authors writing and this has got to be one of her best books yet! The feelings are intense and I got choked up a few times. I cannot wait for more books and I really can’t wait for Roman and Harper’s book either!

Brittney Sahin has given us another amazing book in the Stealth Ops series! Chasing Fortune is full of secrets, adventures, drama, and toe-curling kisses! Chris Hunter may be a northerner, but he knows how to treat Rory McAdams like the southern girl she is! Chris has decided that a K9 would be beneficial for the team and that Rory would be the perfect person to train to train Bear, a Belgian Malinois that flunked out of SEAL K9 training. Rory finally agrees to train Bear at Chris’ home in Virginia. It’s during this time that Rory’s past catches up to her and puts everyone she loves in danger. As the team works with Rory and an unexpected ally (of sorts) to end the threat , Rory and Chris find that the real fortune with chasing is love!

Chasing Fortune is Book 8 and just as amazing as the others. The book is about Chris and Rory, their story is so so so beautiful, it's captivating, breathtaking and such a wonderful love story. I couldn't stop reading, these two became my favorite couple, I loved every page.

Being a fan of action and drama in a military setting is what drew me to Brittney’s Stealth Ops series. The series centers around two top secret teams working for the president. Bravo and Echo teams are made up of elite Navy SEALs, two kick ass former CIA agents plus the addition of K-9 named Bear. After reading the first book of the series featuring Bravo One,Luke and Eva’s story, I was hooked. Each book centers around one of the team and a mission to take down the bad guys. With each book you get a deeper look into the lives of the teams as they face danger and the strong bonds they have built. The books are action packed, full of intrigue and romance.
I thought Brittney had reached her peak of storytelling with Chasing Daylight (Stealth Ops 7) but I was wrong. Brittney has outdone herself again. Chasing Fortune brings together animal lover Chris AKA Echo Three and adventure seeker Rory. After meeting in Bama, Chris knows he needs to see her again. When he finds a K-9 to be part of them. Chris reaches out to Rory to train him. Rory resists and admits trouble is following her. Chris becomes determined to protect her. They along with Harper and Roman get swept up into the hunt for the Italian. Treasure hunters, pirates, smugglers, remote locales, bad guys becoming allies and betrayal all set the stage for a great book. The surprise crossover of characters from the “Dublin Nights” series is an added bonus.
I highly recommend reading Chasing Fortune. You will not be disappointed.

OMG - this was such an amazing read. With every new book in this series we get to visit with characters who feel like family and watch another one of these amazing guys fall in love.

Chris and Rory are two incredible characters. There is so much depth to who they are and why they are perfect for each other. Getting to see so many of Brittney’s fabulous characters in action in this book was wonderful. Normally we see many of the Stealth Ops guys out in the field and on a mission, but this book brings in characters from all of Brittney’s series and one’s we can’t wait to know more in future series and books. I can’t think of anything that could have made this a better book. The characters, suspense, action, romance and friendships all combine for a fantastic read from the first page to the final word. This is her longest book yet, but it’s so worth it and at the end I’m already anxious to get my hands on the her next book - Harper/Roman and Jesse/Ella, and anyone else she wants to give us!

I received an ARC from the author and am leaving an honest review.

I received an ARC for review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

There is something extraordinary and unique about Brittney Sahin; she can write multiple books and tell a new story each time. We get introduced to a new set of bad guys and girls, the Stealth Family comes together even more, and we get to see the hilarious chap wearing “Git Up” side of them.

Chris Hunter wants nothing more than to be around the girl who caught his eye. Hoping to convince Rory to help him train the so-called untrainable dog, Bear, and get to know her some more. Living the secret Op life hasn’t always been easy, and using humor to cover up his pain has been his saving grace. Will Chris be able to keep his not so security life away from Rory, or will it drag them both under?

“Sometimes, you gotta shut one door if you want to open another one, especially if you’re looking to open the right one.”

Rosemary “Rory” McAdams has lived a life of spontaneity. Started with treasure hunting and then off to save the animals. Now living the retired life, she hopes that her roots will grow in NOLA, and the travel bug stays away. Though having Chris come back into her life so soon isn’t bad either, it just wasn’t what she expected. Can Rory put down roots, or will traveling call out to her again?

“I think I’ve been chasing this moment my whole life. Chasing a feeling like this. And here you are just giving it to me.”

Liam has been dethroned. Yes, people, you heard it first. I honestly didn’t think it was possible, but he has been. Chris found a way into my heart that gripped and held on tight. I am still reeling over this book and can’t wait to get the paperback in my hands to read and tab the heck out of it. I love the way Chris and Rory love each other and how they never gave up. They spent most of their lives keeping secrets, and layer by layer, their guard came down, and we got to witness two beautiful people come together. I felt like I was the invisible third wheel. I never truly felt left out until the end. I could have kept reading them for FOREVER!

“I’d be more comfortable going on the show, Naked and Afraid.”
“We were almost on that show...Did we tell you boys about the naked plank walks?”

There was a crossover in this book that had me squealing with happiness. We get to see some of Sebastian, Emilia, and Adam. I loved how The League worked with the Stealth guys to take out the bad guys. This book does cross country lines, yes, that was plural, and sometimes it’s done willingly or not.

There is so much to this book—so many twists and turns, who is good or who is dirtier than a porta-potty. I highly recommend this book.

You get all the feels in Chris and Rory's story! I reviewed the Hawkeye ARC for Chasing Fortune. Brittney created another fantastic story in the Stealth Ops series. Though it can be read as a standalone, you have so many of your favorite characters and a few crossovers from other stories, you really should read the rest of the Stealth Ops and Dublin Nights series to really appreciate all the characters. Including a little build up to the love story years in the making between one of our main women (Harper) and the strong, silent type (Roman).

Their story starts with Chris adopting a "washout" SEAL Team dog for his group of off-the-books SEAL Team. Bear is in great need of training and no better person than Rory, a beautiful Alabama gal recently giving up her life of adventure to train dogs. Chris shows up to her home in NOLA to beg for her help. She finally relents, but under the conditions he doesn't fall for her because her past could very well put anyone she loves in danger. Her past catches up on the night she goes to finally her goodbyes to her old life, ending in capture of her, Chris, Harper, and Roman. Their kidnapping takes them on a Caribbean adventure full of deserted islands, modern day pirates, the elusive League fromDublin Nights series, and beautiful resorts.

Brittney weaves such an amazing story bringing so much emotion to her book. She touches your heart with love of animals, makes you laugh with military antics and humor, angers you with the black market world of exotic animals, and the whirlwind of crazy circumstances our characters get in. She even touched base on the struggles of PTSD many of my brothers and sisters-in-arms face in a day to day basis. I can't thank her enough for this beautiful written story.

If i could give this book more than 5 stars. I definitely would!! Brittney Sahin out did herself this time. You know that the book is going to be action packed, full of emotion, and there will be laughter and banter between the boys, but never did I see the twists that came in this book. Chris and Rory easily make you root for them. If your honest you started rooting for them in AJ and Anna's book, Chasing Daylight!! If you weren't already hooked with the storyline..you get hit with some crossover characters from previous books. You get a new look into their lives as well. Then let's give you a few new characters to fall in love with to keep you hooked. All I can say is Bravo Brittney..you really gave us an incredible book, and now you have hooked us all into waiting on all your future books. You are an amazing talent, and I for one am truly thankful for you. All of your books are amazing, some such as Chasing Fortune amaze us just a bit more than the others, but thats a true sign of being a masterful storyteller!!

Hands down the best Stealth Ops book. Chris and Rory’s journey to each other is filled with so many action packed and exciting moments. Pirates, PTSD, canine training, trafficking, family dynamics, and amazing chemistry are only some of the highlights in this incredible book. With visits from Dublin Night favorites, you can’t go wrong delving into this latest read by Brittney Sahin. I think Chris is hands down my favorite Stealth Ops guy, which is hard to admit after meeting AJ. As usual I would highly recommend this and all of the other Stealth Op books. I’m weary as I think that the only guy left to discover is Roman, but I’m anxious to know what happens between him & Harper. Thanks Brittney for the well earned sleep deprivation. Thank you also for spotlighting PTSD and the struggle our brave men & women bravely face once returning from war. May they never be left to deal with it on their own. May they always find the love & support needed to face the often invisible battle that refuses to let go of so many.

I absolutely love this series, and this book has to be my favourite. A strong (hot!) military hero, an equally strong heroine and an adorable, slightly naughty K9... what's not to like??

The slow burn of Chris and Rory's story had me melting. The K9 named Bear was icing on the cake. I love a military dog with just a touch too much personality to be proper!

What sets this apart from most novels of this genre is the depth of the story. Fantastic mix of suspense, drama, a sprinkle of comedy and heart fluttering romance. She not only weaved in characters from previous stories but added in several new characters that were well developed. The details of the story and the intrigue had me reading it all in one sitting.

I love an author that can both make me feel empathy for the characters and then laugh out loud many times to break the tension of the story!

I cannot recommend this book and series enough. She is one of my favorite authors.

Chasing Fortune is the 8th book in an amazing series and just as amazing as the others.
The book is about Chris and Rory, their story is just so very real that you almost feel that you are intruding! It is as beautiful as it's captivating, such a wonderful love story. I just loved how she included all the crossover characters (I would love to see her whiteboard with all the characters family tree!) and with all detail that she includes it’s just mind blowing. Her characters are just so very believable as is the chemistry between them. Absolutely love her writing and can not wait for more of her books. Brittany, you never cease to amaze me with your writing and work ethic! THANK YOU! Grab a copy of this amazing book, you won’t be disappointed!

Another fabulous storyline by Brittney Sahin. With each book in the Stealth Ops series I love each of the characters. Chris and Roy's story is full of excitement, passion, pirates and Chris's alpha need to protect Rory even when he's not sure what the issue is.
Roman and Harper are all scirting around their feelings for each other (can't wait for their book).
I also loved that Brittney brought in other characters from her Dublin Series which are also a must read.

If you haven't read any of Brittney's books your missing out on great reads!

5+++++++ We need more than 5 stars for this one!

Since I have read all the Stealth Ops Series, I was excited to get Chris Hunter’s story. This is one AMAZING story Brittney not only gave us the Scott Team she gave us a little of all her different series.

Knowing Chris already you knew no matter how funny and laid back he is, when it comes to someone he loves or an animal he doesn’t take shit and is 100% committed. He gives as good as he takes and doesn’t hold back.

Rory McAdams is capable and just as strong and compassionate as Chris. They are so much alike in everything...passionate about their jobs, stubborn, loyal, efficient they bring out the best in each other.

Brittney has once again given us characters you fall in love right from the very beginning. Her writing makes you feel for them, feel their emotions, pain and passion. She draws you in and you can’t stop until you finish. Be prepared to laugh, cry & be on the edge of your seat in this story. Can’t wait till the next story.

Brittney Sahin is such an incredible writer. Every book has grabbed my attention but this one went above and beyond all the other books. How she included all the crossover characters and the detail she writes makes you feel as if you are right there with them and even if you haven't read any of her other books you can still follow along and figure out the other characters. Absolutely love her writing and can not wait for more of her books

I was SO excited to get the ARC for this book! As usual Brittney Sahin has hit it out of the park. The combination of her well written storyline, amazing characters, and humor, make this another hit to add to her list of fantastic reads.

I DO recommend reading this series in order as several of the characters appear in earlier books, but it CAN be read as a stand alone. Enjoy!
