Definitely something you should purchase if you're a fan of Mexican food. As a Texan living in New England, this gives me a taste of home whenever I make a recipe from it.

Try out the jalapeno corn bread recipe. It's to die for.

This book is very good... it it not high brow cooking and doesn't pretend to be. Beginning cooks could pull these recipes off. The recipes are simple and very easy to cook!
Crab enchaladas are great, sweet potato pancakes, cantaloupe and honeydew swirl soup, lots of great salsa and drink recipes. Don't expect high quality authentic food...it's great for easy and delicious food which, lets face it, can be a godsend sometimes.
