YES!!! Another of the Montana Daddies finds his little, and she is so sweet!
When i got the arc for this one,i was so happy.....i always wondered when Bain got his story.
As always with Laylah Roberts, there’s a beautiful story of what love can be,added with enough suspense to keep you on your toes.
I freakin’ love it!

Ariana has a problem.
Correction,she has a new problem.
If only she had the nerve to speak up against her manager, and to tell her family no more....
Back to the current problem,Arianna!
She has a stalker, one that sends her creepy messages.
And her evil manager doesn’t take them seriously....
Good thing she has a friend in Caleb,if only he wasn’t that far away right now.....
Sending him an email with one of the letters attached, helps though.
He has a friend in the security business that can help her.
That friend is Kent, and he sends Dominic and Bain.
Arianna is relieved when they arrive, until she takes a good look at Bain.
That man may look totally yummie, but he intimidates her with his gruffness.

When Bain sees Arianna for the first time,he is blown away by her beauty.
But he knows her kind of woman, rich and spoilt, ready to do anything to get her way.
Just look at the apartment she lives in,the clothes she wears, everything really.....
Until he sees her one night, sleepwalking.
The girl he sees then.....surely that’s no....she can’t be a little....right?
As it happens more often,he starts paying attention to the little details.
And the sweet girl he finds underneath the armor she has up most of the time, breaks his heart.
Because that girl very clearly needs a Daddy like him.

Once Arianna gets to know Bain better, she starts to crave the feeling of safety she has when he’s near.
Underneath all that gruffness is a caring man,an ogre....
As they grow closer, and decide to explore their needs, she grows in strenght.
Standing up to her manager, telling her family no.
And making Bain proud.

But does the stalker care about their newfound love?
And will her family and manager allow her to find her own happiness?

This story had me in it’s grip, right from the start.
And i loved it!

4.5 stars.
I love Bain and Ari’s story.
Bain is so jaded and hurt from his failed marriage that he can’t see Ari all that clearly to start with. But once he’s realized what’s in front of him, He’s all in.
And Ari is so sweet and protective of those she loves.

I really enjoyed rereading this one.
It’s got to be one of my favorites of the series.
Bain is just so sweet and blunt and sort of adorable.
So heartwarming.☺️

I love these two together so much.
The little jokes and back and forth these two have is so entertaining and fun.

Age Play is all the rage right now: this is the fourth such book I've read in the last week alone. If you like this sub-genre, then you probably will enjoy this. It's consensual, not too hardcore (though Arianna's Little is younger than I personally enjoy -- pacifiers and bottles, though no diapers), and the MC is sympathetic. Although this is the seventh in the series, it is a stand-alone: since it doesn't take place on Sanctuary Ranch, few characters from previous books appear.

Renowned pop star Arianna has been receiving threats; Bain is the jaded bodyguard hired to protect her. He thinks she's a snob; she finds him gruff. As they get to know each other, he discovers that the young woman who seemingly has it all is suffering from panic attacks and nightmares. Slowly, he unbends and the rest of the book details their growing DD/lg relationship, as well as their attempts to find Arianna's stalker.

As always, I appreciate Ms. Roberts' emphasis on SSC, communication, and limits. The strength of her books is her men, who are fiercely protective of and would do anything for their women -- which they manage to do without either stifling or trying to change them, unlike many H's in this genre. The couple here is a bit different from the others since it's the h who has the money and high-flying career; therefore, in some ways, I felt that the two were on a more equal footing than the author's more Cinderella-like heroines. Arianna was a lovely and likeable Little, and I really appreciated how she blossomed and discovered new-found strength under Bain's care and with his support.

As always, I didn't appreciate Ms. Roberts' usual attempts to inject OTT melodrama in the form of one-dimensional villains who might as well be twirling mustaches and OTT action in the form of my least favorite trope in this genre: the stalker. Sigh. I really wish authors understood how lame this device is. I can offer three reasons for why it should be banished until the end of time. First, it's been done to death (Measha Stone, for example, rarely writes a book without it). Secondly, because the stalker isn't someone we've met before or is organic to the story, we have no feelings towards or about him/her. Finally, the stalker never comes across as a fully-developed character, rather, they are so unsubtle and so completely one-dimensional that they might as well be constructed from cardboard. If I were you, I'd just concentrate on the romantic and erotic relationship between the H and the h, and skim the rest: that's what I do.

4 stars. I do wish this author would learn to put transitions between her scenes. But I gave a 1/2 star alone for Bain, because, in what is still an overwhelmingly white genre, it was great to see an ethnic leading man -- particularly now.

Bain is exactly what Ari needs....and she didn’t know it. Bain has some strong relationship issues to work through. Bain is super protective and dominant with Ari. Lots of action and suspense. Ari’s family is awful! Great epilogue! HEA. This is a Daddy and Little story.

Quick Summary
When rising star Arianna starts receiving threatening notes from an unhinged fan turned stalker and her fears fall on deaf ears, her friend Caleb calls in the big guns.

The small world of Sanctuary Ranch is growing . . .

Bain and Dominic are assigned the bodyguard job for Arianna and a few misconceptions set Ari and Bain down a slippery slope almost right from the start, until they both let down their guard and see behind their protective shell.

🖤 ~ My Thoughts ~ 🖤
It won’t come as a shock to anyone who has read any of my previous reviews but I loved Bain and Ari. Like the previous Daddy Doms that came before, Bain proved his alpha status with flying colors.

“You are everything I ever wanted or needed. You come first with me.”

Laylah Roberts knows the secret to writing the perfect Daddy and she did it again! Bain was a strong, protective, caring, sensitive and devoted Daddy. He isn’t a saint :) but he learns from his mistakes, isn’t afraid to admit he is wrong or to apologize and he always puts Ari – her safety and her happiness – before everything else.

“If you’re ever feeling anxious or worried or scared, come to me, Ari. You have me now. I’m always in your corner. I’ll always fight for you.”

Then there’s Arianna … what can I say about her other than she was a shy little sprite with a sprinkling of sass and a heap load of sweetness. She was a good girl who was abandoned and mistreated by her own family and so called “friends” but still managed to stay true to herself. I freakin loved her!

Daddy’s Angel was a sweet romantic love story with kink, heart and even managed to include some cute lighthearted/humorous moments.

I highly recommend this book and all the other Montana Daddy books in the series. They are 100% safe of OW/OM drama, cheating and are guaranteed a happily ever after!

Heat Level: 5/5

This book sucked me right in from the beginning. I've been wanting Bain's story and Ms. Roberts has delivered a one that will giver her readers all the feels. Bain is jaded and thinks he won't ever fall for another woman. He was burned the first time around and has no plans to get burned again, but then he meets Arianna. Someone is after her and Bain and Dominic are hired to protect her. I hated her family and I hated her manager. Even though this was a quick read for me, it was a totally complete story and I loved it! I'm hoping some of the secondary characters will get their stories told in the future. This is going to be one of my favorites in this series. If you love Laylah Roberts Montana Daddies series, make sure you don't miss this one!!!!

Arianna and Bain!

Bain has been burned by a woman who was selfish and only wanted money. He wasn’t thrilled to have to babysit a popular singer who probably was just as vain and greedy. Imagine his surprise when he meets Arianna. She nothing like he expected. She’s a Little who has a stalker and needs Bain to protect her. It’s a great story with a good plot, middle, and ending. Loves it!

SWEET HEAT AND THRILLING MAGIC!!!
Fabulous! Laylah pours it on soft, sweet and tangy, showcasing such purity, essence and subtle nuances, presenting this baby skeletons and all with this beautifully composed crème de la crème, riding one arresting storyline and gripping plot, ratcheting up the intensity, wrapping this baby up sleek, shiny and tight. Crashing through boundaries and pushing the limits, displaying the illusions and testing realities, getting this gem weighed and balanced, booting this gem into the eye of the storm, slamming it into overdrive, launching it into a frenzy with a mind-blowing realization. Bearing the burdens and towing the line, bestowing this action packed, pulse racing, heart pounding, adrenaline pumping, block busting dynamo while rocking it with the drama, intrigue, deception, turmoil, danger, mounting suspense and intense situations along with a boatload of abuse, makes for one jaw dropping masterpiece. The attraction and chemistry builds as each layer is peeled back exposing intense emotions, binding them to one another perfectly. The characters are complex and genuine with traits and qualities that add depth and realism that blend and flow, transforming into amazing personalities. The scenes are strikingly sharp with abundant details and descriptions that feel as though you were transported to ground zero with them. Remarkable job Laylah, thanks for sharing this lil' fella with us.

Another amazing top notch read from laylah Robert's and I cannot wait for the next book release. Shes amazing. Bain and Arianne aboslutely melt my heart. He is a no nonsense alpha male dominant beast! She just has such an instant love about her. My heart pulled for her past and how poorly and sadly her parents treated her. Never beating about the Bush bain went straight to the point of declaring is feelings strongly for her and instantly their romance blossomed more. Slightly sexually tamer than previous books. Again builds up other characters and their personalities leaving endless possibility of other stories to hopefully be released in the future. The bond between caleb and the other two as well as the princes (wont go into too much detail ;) ) and how they instantly had a bond again an alpha male dominated about them is enough to make ur panties melt off! Not much involvement with previous characters than in previous books but it is ever so slightly refreshing well done!!

I love the Montana Daddies. Each book has a special Daddy Dom who finds his Little. Arianna has so many issues coming at her from all sides. She finds herself in a situation that seems hopeless. She does not have anyone in her corner. Bain has thick walls around his heart and holds his emotions inside. While he really wants to find a woman to love and care for, he does not trust easily and senses that Ari is lying. He does not want to look deep enough to uncover her secrets but his heart has other plans. Arianna is in trouble and Bain, who is her only hope, might not be able to save this Little girl. I recommend any of Laylah's books, but her Dd stories will grip your heart. If this is your type of genre, you will not want to miss this addition to the series.

Bain, how I love thee! Taking care of a sleepwalking little.... providing the support needed to safely see her through the nightmares... ensuring her tummy doesn't get overfull from sneaking ice cream. But recognizing that she will be the Little for you early enough to prevent your actions to cause harm, that is priceless.

I really liked this installment of the series and now goes up there as one of my favorites of the series thus far. The previous books were all starting to blur together because the plot and heroines were so similar but this one was a nice change of pace. It also took care of some frustrations I was having in previous books. Additionally, this book had some pretty funny dialogue and scenes which made it fun and not so serious the whole time.

I liked Ariana. While I found her lack of standing up for herself frustrating at first it later made sense why she was the way she was. It made her arc satisfying when she does finally speak up and stand up to those that were using her. She also knew what she wanted and when she finally found the courage she went for it and took care of business which I really liked. She also was different from previous heroines in that she didn't make stupid decision after stupid decision and also knew how to care for herself and even said so to Bain several times. That really made me happy because so many of the previous heroines needed the hero to care for them or else they would get sick or something worse but I didn't feel that way with Ariana. She is not perfect by any means and did have several unhealthy habits but that makes her human. She also struggles a bit with her submission at first which I also thought was a nice addition and showed that submission isn't as easy as turning on a switch.

Bain was really funny to me because of just how blunt he is. He has a tough outer shell but a sweet and soft interior which we saw glimpses of in previous installments and I enjoyed seeing more of that in this book. He had his own arc and growing to do in this book. He also did things that I had wished the previous heroes had done which was to sit down in a nonsexual situation and discuss limits, dislikes, likes, previous sexual experience, and safewords among other things before they actually engaged in any play. They also discussed things like if spanking was a punishment that she would be okay with and if she would be open to something like anal play and it was okay if it was a hard limit for her. He also checked in to see if she had changed her mind and would remind her to use her safeword if she felt uncomfortable. He also emphasized the importance of communication for their type of relationship to work. It was a breath of fresh air for him to say and do all those things as those were the elements that most frustrated me in previous installments. Before this, things like spanking and anal play was rarely discussed at all before it was done.

The plot was interesting at first but then it got a little too much for me. I think sticking with one plot point would have been enough instead of having both the family issues and all that entailed and then the stalker storyline. It felt like one conflict was fighting the other for the limelight.

Overall, really enjoyed this book.

She wasn't a doormat anymore....
by and1515

She needed oxygen that's all she could think about to breathe in and tune out the buffoon who kept droning on and on.
My parents had fired my last manager and hired I'm totally perfect Larry and I'll make you tons of money.
Nope I'm not taking those pills anymore I seriously don't like the affects from them.
But then there were the threatening notes that for some reason he didn't think they were worth worrying over.
But the email mail response from her friends made sense they would know how to deal with notes like those.
Yeah he and probably the whole planet knew her name but honestly he didn't like jobs like this in fact he down right despised them.
The look on her manager's face when he saw them and the nasty words started flowing out of his big mouth.
They way he spoke to her left a sour taste in my mouth he was a huge bully who apparently enjoyed pushing her around.
Both of them had observed her unusual and weird quarks but for the most part she'd been quiet and kept to herself.
Bain watched the shy nervous girl change all most instantly and yeah she sounded fantastic. But then there was a sudden noise and everything changed and the situation left them trying to figure out the best way to protect her.
The panic was trying swallow her whole she needed to breathe but then Bain took over and she could feel some of the pressure lifting from her. Now Arianna was sleepwalking again yeah he probably should have considered this might happen with everything that occurred tonight. Her manager was a pure idiot they'd told him before to keep the threats she'd received quite but here he was opening his worthless trap.
Rules were rules and Bain knew exactly how he needed to handle this so that he could have what he truly wanted.
Yeah not to longer ago he'd shared his sad and painful history with Arianna and now she'd explained some of her own.
And then they actually showed up and Bain could barely control his temper.
Wow her family treated her like their personal ATM machine.
Arianna had desperately wanted to be accepted for who she was but unfortunately her family would never would. Then they started spouting outrageous lies trying to imply she was unbalanced and made up the whole stalker issues.
Arianna couldn't believe something had happened to Bain she needed her daddy so she refused to behave they weren't leaving her behind.

Skimmed through it. Too long, too many different plots, didn’t like Mmc.

This book has left me with a horrid taste in my mouth. All her life Arianna has been controlled, first by her parents, then her manager, then Bain takes over. She’s never made her own decisions, never lived as an independent adult and it felt icky the way that Bain took control of her. Yes I know he’s a daddy dom, but it still felt really wrong. In fact the whole book felt really wrong.

At the beginning of the book Arianna creates a sad lonely figure. As a famous pop singer she has no friends, no life, no control over any of her life. She wasn’t believable as a pop star either, as she never engages with her fans, never goes out anywhere, never dates anyone. She never went to school as she had private tutors, so she’s never had friends. The whole book just doesn’t make any sense. How does she write all her own songs without ANY life experience? She hasn’t had a boyfriend, a friend, a dog, never been to school, didn’t see anyone except her parents, their staff and a therapist, and her manager Larry. It didn’t add up.

When Arianna is being stalked, Bain and Dominic are hired to be her bodyguards. Bain makes a lot of assumptions about Arianna before he even met her, as his ex wife was a money hungry woman, so he labels Arianna as one. I didn’t like Bain. He spends nearly half the book being mean to Arianna to the point where she stays in her bedroom all the time to avoid him. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP?? She kisses him and he tells his friend that she’s basically the same as his ex!!! 😱😱 There’s no way that I could believe in them! His friend tells him she’s nothing like his ex, Dominic his partner tells him she’s really sweet but fragile, but he still doesn’t believe it. Until suddenly he does and they’re in a relationship and he’s talking to her about an*l sex. 😱🤮 I kid you not.

I skimmed through it after that as I wanted to know how it ended. Sorry but it didn’t make any sense. I don’t believe in Arianna as a pop star. At all. I didn’t like how Bain almost bullied her at times, then when he was her daddy he takes complete control of her. It felt abusive. Nope. Sorry.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ x 1,000,000

Arianna might have beauty, talent, and fame—but none of that keeps her safe. Not from her greedy family who treat her like a paycheck. Not from her manipulative agent who ignores her cries for help. And definitely not from the stalker who’s watching her every move. She’s exhausted, isolated, and terrified… until Daddy Bain shows up.

Bain doesn’t want trouble. He doesn’t want complications. And he definitely doesn’t want a spoiled rich girl with secrets. But from the moment he sees Arianna—vulnerable, soft, and silently screaming for protection—his instincts kick in hard. He’s not looking for a Little, but his inner Daddy says otherwise.

And Arianna? She’s scared to trust, scared to speak up, scared to let anyone in—but she wants to feel safe. She just doesn’t know how. Watching her melt into Bain’s care, finally set boundaries with her leeching family, and stand up to the very people who tried to break her? That was everything.

This book had me in my feels. Laylah Roberts weaves in suspense, healing, and kink so perfectly. The stalker subplot adds legit tension, but it’s the slow burn of emotional trust that had me gripped.

Bain’s big, blunt, and broody—but gentle when it counts. Arianna’s scared but strong. Together, they’re magic.

If you love a DDlg story with:
• 💔 A broken heroine learning to feel safe
• 🔐 A Daddy who protects with his whole heart
• 🔥 Emotional intensity and steam
• 😱 A dash of danger and suspense

Then Daddy’s Angel will be your new favorite.

I’ve been curious about grumpy-ass Bain for the last 2 books now. Even though his name just makes me think of Batman. There’s just something about grumpy dudes who go all soft and sweet for their woman. So cute.

Arianna is 26 and a famous singer with a stalker. Bain and Dominic are hired to be her bodyguards. I have to say that her name and the fact she’s a singer kept making me think of Ariana Grande.. not sure I really liked that.

Anyway, the way Bain and Ari interacted through the book was super cute. She just got at Bain’s tough guy exterior and softened him up. He had an ex-wife who screwed him over and kinda put a bad taste in his mouth over any future relationships... but that all changed when he got to know Ari.

I always love the Daddy kink in these books and it felt like the age regression happened more often in this book than any of the others. Ari had her stuffy, sucked her thumb, played with toys in a bubble bath, played with a doll, colored a bunch, watched lots of Shrek movies, played board games, had a pacifier, wore a onesie, and even had a bottle toward the end of the book. Definitely happy with all of that. Plus there was lots of spankings, as usual... 😏

I felt pretty intrigued by Ari’s friend Caleb and I feel like maybe he has a book out there somewhere? Any time other characters are featured in a story I expect them to get their own book lol. And Dominic!! I need a book with the sexy 50 year old bodyguard... I hope that’s coming! (I haven’t checked the book descriptions to see even though this series already has 10 books... maybe he won’t have his own book. Then I’ll just have to cry)

So yeah, definitely enjoying this series and I’ll be picking up book 8 soon.

Daddy’s Angel,by Laylah Roberts ,is the 7th book in the Montana Daddies series
and i think that in another life i was meant to be a little.I found that i could relate
to Arianna and her insecurities. It would be comforting to be able to block out all
the trials and tribulations of everyday life at times.

The only time Arianna Silvers felt happy was when she was lost in her music. It was
her saving grace, but even that was now in jeopardy. She does not know what to
think of her new bodyguards from Jensen Security International.Bain was a gruff,
giant of a man who was not known for his verbal skills, but for his caveman tactics.
Bain was wary and not looking for a relationship after a disastrous marriage. He tried
to ignore his feelings for Arianna but failed miserably. He would claimed Arianna as
his.

I liked how Bain’s gentleness was more pronounced when Arianna let her guard down.
He gave her the courage to finally stand up to her family. The shock of their deviousness
sent Arianna into disbelief ,anger and confusion. With Bain’s support ,she cut all ties to
her family.Would she fit in and be happy at Sanctuary Ranch.

I felt the comparison between Bain and the ogre in Shrek was apt.Initally,he was a gruff,
giant of a man.I loved how protective and gentle he became with Arianna.I have enjoyed
all of the books in this series, but this book was so much more than a daddy finding his
little girl. The storyline had depth with the inclusion of danger ,suspense and of Arianna
finding the strength to face her demons. She would no longer be a prisoner to her family’s
greed.

I was waiting for Bain's book and I was a little disappointed. Mostly because any time Laylah puts out a book over 200 pages, it gets really freaking boring and repetitive, and this book is 300 pages. Arianna isn't that bad. Here is the rundown of all Laylah's books;
This is a general review of Laylah's ddlg fics: (1) The shorter the book the better it is. This one was too long so it gets boring. (2) All of Laylah's books lack sex. They're all more story driven. In her books, you'll be lucky if you get one sexual encounter. There's a lot of teasing, but not much of the actual act. There's also always the lead up to a** play, but never happens. So if you read her fics for sexy times - you'll be disappointed. (3) every single female in her books have a habit of saying their thoughts out loud and then getting embarrassed about it. I'm on like the 15th book and reading about 15 women that are shocked when they blurt out something they were thinking is getting a little old. (4) In every book there's a scene where the male will ask her to go pee and it's a big deal about being embarrassed. Again, after the 15th book I'm tired of reading the same thing. (5) almost all of the girls read ddlg fics, yet when they meet the man they're shocked that he suggests it. They're all fantasizing over the same thing so why not just go with it?
That being said - I like all of her stories just about. I've read all of the MC Daddies series and I'm actually on book 7 in this series. They're good.

Bain has long been a favorite of mine. He's grumpy, distant, and not here for your crap. I've always had a thing for those slightly gruff standoffish types. So, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this one and see what type of girl was going to turn him into the cuddly teddy bear I knew was hiding inside. That girl is Ari. She is like Bain in the way that she hides herself behind a cold facade. Maybe together they can let down those walls and find the happiness they both deserve.

This story had all the emotional ups and downs that I love so much in Ms. Roberts's books. It's easy to feel compassion towards Ari. I wanted to wrap her in my arms as badly as Bain did. The tenderness he shows her, made all the sweeter because she's unaware of it, will melt even the coldest heart. As sweet as the love story is, there is still the mess that Ari needs to be rescued from. It's the whole reason for Bain being in her life, after all. That part of the story had me wanting to punch some people. It's this emotional connection that makes this one so good. When you combine that with the sexy scenes and the HEA, you can't go wrong.

Another thing that I love about this one is the new characters that get introduced. I know there's going to be a story there, and I can't wait.

i cant get enough of Laylahs books, she certainly knows how to deliver such wonderful books to her audiences. And this is Bains story, i have to admit i have waited to see what his story would be like for a while and believe you me , it dosnt disapoint me in any way at all...(more more more lol)
Bain and Dominic have been sent to guard over Arianna, who is recieving threats from an unknown source in the way of letters which are left for her.
Bains first impression of Arianna is that she is a spoilt rich girl, especially when she goes into her room each day and stays there all day. He is soon thinks differently when Arianna comes out at night sleep walking in her little girl state.
Arianna feels attraction to Bain, he is big strong and even though he scowls often she dosnt mind. She knows she has been sleep walking, but when Bain comes up to her and asks her to be his little and he will be her Daddy she accepts, she needs someone to look out for her.
A beautiful story and i loved it to pieces and i know other readers will as well.

5plus stars for a really great read. Ps i have left alot out of this review because i dont believe in to many spoilers.

Another wonderful addition to an addicting series

Laylah Roberts’ Montana Daddies stories keep getting better and better. Daddy’s Angel, the newest one, is no exception. I was drawn into the stories and characters immediately and didn’t put the book down until I reached its satisfying conclusion. The characters she has created jump right into your heart. They are at turns strong, vulnerable, proud, stubborn and more. But at all times they are human and real. I appreciate that she treats DD/lg relationships with respect and explains them in such a way as to showcase the appeal. I especially enjoyed the storyline in Daddy’s Angel. The secret of who her stalker was kept me on the edge of my seat but did not overwhelm the love story. I loved seeing a glimpse of previous characters and the introduction of new ones. Can’t wait for some of them to get their own stories. Ms. Roberts is definitely on my “must read” list and I’m anxiously awaiting the next book in this fantastic series.

Arianna is a Little who seems to have it all as she is beautiful, talented and wealthy but she is hiding several secrets. Not being perfect and a Little added to being in trouble she desperately needs a protective Daddy to take care of her. When her help arrives in the form of gruff and blunt Bainshe might tug at his Daddy instincts, but she is not the sweet and honest woman of his dreams and he is not prepared to go there - even if by the time he realises the truth it may be too late.

This was a mixture of a mystery with the threats against Arianna and a romance between a Little and a reluctant Daddy who just needed to do a little attitude adjustment. I enjoyed the way we were able to work through the mystery along with the characters and that while some things were obvious some were not. I enjoyed the way that Bain might have been fighting the inevitable, but in the end, he could not deny the pull between them. Easy to read and understand. Contains mature content that is of a BDSM nature of the DDLG type.

DADDY’S ANGEL is the eighth book in the Montana Daddies series. Each is a stand-alone, DD/lg, erotic romance of the men and women of the Sanctuary ranch.

Arianna could be an insufferable diva; though in a position to be one, she's not. Instead she's so vulnerable. Life may be trying to beat her down, but she still has plenty of sass; it’s no wonder he calls her Angel.

I love Bain and Arianna. The kink and love are so steamy. I love the twists and turns to their story, the action, suspense, so many unique elements in their relationship, and the villains that are spot-on scary.

Note: While I received this book as a gifted ARC via Booksprout, my opinions are my own and are given freely.

Interesting Characters

This book had the normal high levels of skill applied to spice and general plot. I also liked the fact that this showed some people from Sanctuary in action (we don’t have to just take the owner’s word that they are good anymore, we got to see it).

What set this book apart from the rest of the series so far though was the development of the relationship between the two main characters. Not only was it much slower of a development for them, but both of them were actually hard to like to begin with (although they were still very intriguing and there was a solid backstory for them being “unlikeable”). The author did a good job of moving from one side of likability to the other, so that I not only fell for the characters, but I believed that they were worthy of it (almost like the journey the main characters went on with each other). It was well-done and a nice change of pace from the rest of the series.

Arianna is a pop star that really doesn't want to be. Her family and her agent guilt her into doing more than she wants because she is supporting them. When she receives threatening notes slipped under her personal residence, she gets scared. She hires a bodyguard and he is from Sanctuary Ranch. He wants to be a Daddy to some Little Girl but he has to get past his previous relationship. Ari needs someone to love her for her. Eventually Bain finds himself more and more enchanted by Ari, who shows lots of Little characteristics. There is also the mystery of who is her stalker and why. I enjoyed this more than I can say. I could hardly put the book down. I can't wait to read the next book in the series and I hope that the men who are introduced as wanting their own Little gets a story.

Bain has given up on love. Betrayed by his wife, she only wanted money and would do whatever she had to in order to get it. So when he gets assigned to protect a pop star, Arianna, he is less than thrilled. He expects a vapid, out going, money hungry, self centered brat. What he gets is sweet, soft spoken, closed off woman who baffles him at every turn. But he is exactly who she needs and she is definitely meant just for him. This book was beautiful! Arianna's loneliness just destroyed me. When she starts to see herself through Bain's eyes, once he opens his up, was phenomenal. I couldn't put it down, too invested in their happy ending. Bain makes more than a couple mistakes as does Arianna but once they become a couple, that is where they both really shine. All the love for Daddy's Angel!

Been waiting for Bain’s story and now I’ve got several more new favs!

I typically avoid stories with too much family drama, but I’ve been sucked into the Montana Daddies storyline so I persevered through the awfulness experienced by the heroine (Ari) in this book. I will say if you’ve got a torrid family history this one might hit close to home for you in the reels. I fell for Bain a couple books back so I’m so glad he got his happy ending. The gentle giant brute is on my hawt list, and I enjoyed the gentle play between the hero and heroine. But now I’ve got another character on my radar, Dominic (I like them experienced and damaged), so I hope to see him get a happily-ever-after too. Plus, get ready for a couple of hot triad character introductions, I’m on my way to download those desert princes too!

I loved this wonderful story by Laylah Roberts. I couldn’t put it down. I love reading this series and any other book by her. I couldn’t wait to see what happened next with Bain and Arianna.

Arianna is a famous singer who has a stalker. Her best friend calls in a favor from an old friend. He wants her to have some bodyguards. Arianna is scared and she doesn’t know how to interact with them. Bain has had a chip on his shoulder due to his ex-wife. He makes a snap judgment on Arianna and it is only one night that he begins to realize something about her. He realize that he can give her something that she needs. They begin to grow closer to one another. Will he be able to keep her safe from the dangers surrounding her?
