Fabio Licari è un giornalista sportivo della Gazzetta dello Sport dal 1988: inviato nella redazione di calcio internazionale, è responsabile della politica estera e della Nazionale, cura inoltre tutti i servizi dedicati al fumetto. È anche il supervisore editoriale della maggior parte delle collane di fumetti allegati alla Gazzetta dello Sport e al Corriere della Sera.
Ha collaborato con diverse riviste di fumetti, tra cui Fumo di China, di cui è stato anche direttore e con cui collabora dal 1993. Ha collaborato alla collana Fahrenheit 451 delle edizioni Innovation Studio.

Panoramica di 80 anni della storia Marvel. Ottima lettura per gli appassionati. Il libro ripercorre soprattutto gli eventi emotivi che hanno scosso la casa editrice, accompagnato da tante immagini. Unica pecca, avrei apprezzato maggiori approfondimenti.

Overview of 80 years of Marvel history. Great read for fans. The book mainly traces the emotional events that shook the publishing house, accompanied by many images. The only flaw, I would have appreciated more insights.

For a fan it is a must have. The Maver history is really marvelous🤩 The book also contains many interesting facts, trivia and drawings from the comics (amazing).

3.9. Interesting history of (the first 80 years of) Marvel Comics, in bookazine format. The book is in decade-by-decade format, which means the most compelling stuff comes in the first half, after which it meanders a bit, but still worth a read. Great pics, too.
