A ton of helpful info for businesses

As the author notes, Lean Project Management is about streamlining your business to make it as successful as possible. The author is heartbreakingly honest in sharing his failure in business and allows the reader to learn valuable info feom his mistakes. I found that honesty refreshing, so many business guides only focus on the positives. This author realizes their is much to learn from mistakes. He admits that this business style was started in software manufacturing, but explains how it can be used in any sector and with any size business large or small. I found that valuable. The rest of the book then explores the different approaches to Lean Project Management (5Ss, Sigma 6, Kaizen, etc) so the reader can look at them all and see which makes sense for their goals. Overall, I learned a lot about how to better run a small business.
