Max celebra el ano nuevo chino es un libro muy creativo para aprender sobre el ano nuevo chino. Usa dibujos para que niños de todos edades puede conocer este celebracion fascinante. More than just a cute story, I liked that the book taught us about the foods that bring good luck, how the Chinese New Year is celebrated and featured a biracial family. kiddo and I both enjoyed its simplicity in story and colorful illustrations.

An easy reader look at Chinese or Lunar New Year festivities. Lily introduces Max to her family's traditions and Max decides he likes the holiday so much he'd like to celebrate it every year!

Watercolor and pencil illustrations. Simple text makes for a suitable read aloud for PreK-2.

This book doesn't have the cutest illustrations or the best story but I liked it because it taught my child a few things about Chinese New Year.
