A quick and easy guide to the rules of golf. You would think this was easy but not so. The guide book discusses allowed and disallowed behavior when in traps, water hazards, on the green, fairway, out of bounds. Discussed also are the penalties that should be taken to report an honest score. Also defines many of the terms for items used in golf. One of the benefits of this guide is it will fit into a pocket with ease and without much weight.

The authors, both lawyers with writing skill, make the overly complicated, mundane, picayune, difficult to understand Rules of Golf much more readable. They were successful in their eloquent endeavor. Still, the rules of golf are the rules of golf, and not a very riveting read. Excellent read for getting to sleep quickly.
