Sassy and feisty 6 ft tall Fensa Greenwolf is a time traveling wolf shifter who's clueless as to where she is but she knows this much -- she's not in Kansas, no Arizona anymore and she's bleeding badly from a head injury in extremely snowy and cold climate and it's even colder than the deep cold of the Michigan upper Peninsula! So where is she and what time is it (Not Morris Day from the Time) or is she in! As her proud grand pappy would say "by the Fenrir wolf, it is cold!"
Now Fensa is a gracious, 21st century werewolf no doubt and in great peril so wouldn't you immediately drop names to get help and fast... after all she is injured, dressed in summer attire and again cold -- remember hypothermia and frostbite and death! When strange hunters don't understand her language and point primitive weapons at her, well Fenny knows she doomed even around some 4 ft tall were shifters! So what's a girl to do but holler her head off when they tell her to strip!
Stoic scientist, Prince Xenon hears her screams but her cries are strange from the normal donations of sorts! Matter of fact, these male natives normally brings him Lupine women as gifts because after all Xenon is considered to be a god in comparison so what's a man/dragon shifter-- 7 ft tall to do! Help her of course... heals her and uses his fork tongue on her private parts to examine her... right!
Yep but something else occurs within days ... Fensa is in HEAT and a virgin then they both discovered that they are 'fated mated' not knowing that she is a time traveling wolf shifter much smarter than the species he been running tests on for his brother who is King(who hates his brother btw) of his realm.
Readers the above review is just the beginning of Fensa and Xenon's journey because Xenon has gone to his deceptive uncle about 'female 7 -133' who is Fensa and he wants to be rid of evidence thus killing his fated mate. Not going to happen in this tale but the things that does is over the top!
There is sarcasm, comedic relief, adventure, suspense; dreams, humor, formiable connections, name dropping galore; remember Rodrigo aka Go from "His Pretend Baby" even his technology is present and the video games from ... well you got it, it's all here in this epic last story to those handsome wolf shifters time travelers--- just add a clever and devoted and magnificent blue dragon!

My everlasting confusion
I won't even attempt to try to summarize this story because there was A LOT of info dumping. And if you're not somewhat familiar with scientific/anthropology/genetic terms, you will stagger through wondering if you're reading a medical journal or a cross-species love story.
As other reviewers pointed out, I had to go back to Her Viking Wolves because I felt I was missing very important and key details. In a way I felt Her Dragon Everlasting had retconned what happened in Her Viking Wolves, it just threw me completely off. It was confusing to say the least when you know certain things to be true but to start this new book that tells the story of the offspring of previous characters, and that character obliterates canon material, it left me with too many questions.
Fensa was the star of this show and she ends up traveling 15,000 years in the past after escaping a mental facility in Arizona. There she meets drakkon prince Xenon and the two have an...interesting courtship, if I can use that word. Did I feel any chemistry between Fensa and Xenon, here and there at times but I can't say it was memorable. I actually had more interest reading about their kids than them.
There were a lot of scenes that weirded me out. Sorry for this spoiler, but there were quite a few instances where Xenon in his true dragon form went down on Fensa when she was in her human form. I'm not into bestiality. That aside, I had trouble keeping names straight because it seemed everything and everybody had 50-11 titles or jobs.
What else can I say that I can wrap my mind around...I guess I'm questioning the point of having 2 versions of Fensa, the grown up version you'd expect to read about after her introduction in Her Viking Wolves, versus the one diagnosed as schizophrenic. Everything else, the origin of the lupin species, drakkon culture, time travel was already complicated on its own, I felt mentally-ill Fensa wasn't needed, because in the long run it didn't really add anything to the story. Other than frustration and angst, and I think for anyone traveling backwards through time that's all the frustration and angst you need.
The final twist at the end...okay, yet another head scratcher and I'll leave it at that. I'm not familiar with Norse mythology, so I'll just move right along.
This wasn't a terrible read I just felt it was too complex for its own good, simplifying can be a benefit at times.

TT has an amazing imagination. It's for this reason that I read all her books regardless of genre. Shapeshifter novels are not my thing but I've read all the wolf series and put aside my natural distaste for the genre.
So this book, if the title didn't make it obvious is about a shapeshifter dragon. Okay. I can go there. But this dragon isn't even human! It just has a human-like shell. i.e body which it assumes to talk to Fenris.
So we have a h in love with an actual dragon. Not a human that shifts into a dragon but an actual dragon. And the dragon has a forked tongue which it uses to pleasure the h.
I'm not particularly religious, but I don't like serpents and I certainly can't take the idea of any manor of sexual relationships with any creature even close to one. But once again, Theodora pushes the envelope and takes you there.
Just when you think she's lost her ever loving mind, she gives this creature two penisis. Or peni? What's the plural for two penisis? I surely don't know and I hope never to know.
The rest of the story was boring. I simply didn't care about the experiments to create the mating portal or the power play between Xenon and his family. As I have no interest in sci-fi, I skipped large chunks of the book. It's only the last few chapters that brought me back into more familiar territory.
Unfortunately, this was my least favourite book so far and I hope we get actual human stories going forward.

APB Perspective Review :
Theodora Taylor shifter books always make me smile , they always makes have to tell my friends to read them because they are soooo good! Her Dragon Everlasting is the same , I was wondering how she would make sense of the mating off the two types , but leave to her it was done , I enjoyed the reading of it,and it made sense to me.
I love the message in this book, " how can you truly love someone, if you can't totally accept who they are ." Fensa and Xenon really grew into the loving couple they could be , they literally came from two different places and found a way to love each other with total acceptance. Xenon is aI think this is my favorite book in the series , but I always saw that when I read a shifter book.

**Spoilers** I thought the book was just "okay." Theodora Taylor has so much imagination and the potential to create a truly fantastic story but unfortunately not everyone lives up to their potential. Like other reviews have stated it was just too much information to cram into one little story. Writing a movel about time travel is EXTREMELY complicated and very few can do it successfully. It made me ask MORE questions than this book solved. The 2 separate time lines for example. I know the alternate time lines are indicative of what could happen with/without Xenon's interference in the battle at Zone 2 but i thought the entire part about Fenses having schizophrenia was useless. In my opinion TT writing about how shifters were essentially created by an advanced alien species and everyone's reaction to Fenses & Xenon essenialy being the gods that are worshiped by present day shifters would have been far more interesting. Such reactions were touched upon but should've been fleshed out.
Also, as a completely unrelated side note, I REALLY REALLY REALLY wish Taylor would cease wih this "50 loving states" idea. Just because you say the story takes place in Arizona, Or Maine, or California doesn't mean anything unless you have something to back it up with. I grew up in the DC/MD/VA area. I've read books in the past that made me say "yep, this person is totally from DC." But with this series I'm not getting that same feeling. To write a story about something you can't just drop names like "Arizona University" and claim a story takes place there. You actually have to capture the local atmosphere & culture things that can't quickly be google'd. When i moved from Florida to Maryland at age 11 one of the first things I learned was that not only did kids behave differently their slang words were different as well. America is a large country. If TT is going to continue claiming that her characters/stories are take place in varied places she should start taking that into consideration as well.
Honestly the book should've been only 2 stars but I had to tack on an extra star for Xenon having 2 manly bits. It was incredibly unexpected & I loved it.

Loved it! Lots of fun and very original. I don't like butt sex or heavy sci-fi elements usually, this book had both and I still LOVED it. Xenon, Fensa and Eos were great! Can't wait to read Ola's story! 5 adorable stars!

I love the Viking Wolf series...my favorite books by Taylor. I finished this book in one day its that good, but I was so d@#@ confused through most of the book with the Fensa timeline thing. Yep, didn't work for me. Overall loved the story and looking forward to the next book.

This is an epic love story. I've loved every book in this Wolf series but this is by far my favourite.
I didn't what to expect when I heard that two shifters of different of species would get together. What seals the deal is the dragon. He is full of complexities.
This story has a bit of everything and extremely well written. Settle in for a wild and crazy ride.

Great read if...you enjoy PNR, time travel, hot scenes, and an HEA for the couple.
Side Note: This review was difficult for me to write, which is why it took so long. (Sorry!) I had mixed feelings. Mostly because I started with this book out of nowhere because I wanted to read about a dragon...What I got was that and so much more. The basic story line was compelling as well as somewhat confusing. It took a little bit to get into the rhythm of the million things going on, but the writing and the characters made me wanna push through to see and understand. The sex scenes were also smoking and worth the read alone. While I think this book overall was pretty great, I definitely don't think you can just pick it up and read it without having read some of the others. (Luckily, I had best friends who have read all the books so they were like the cliff notes for me.) This seems like an interesting concept and series. I can honestly say I will go probably go back at some point and check out the others.

Wow! This book. Well first of all, I was confused. The I was more confused. Then I was annoyed. Then it finally dawned on me what was happening. Then I was so excited and couldn't wait until I could see how it all turned out. I loved it! Moving right on to the next book! Happy reading!

I started to give this one 2 stars…
But I pushed through, seeing as though the stories don’t go in order it was hard to figure out who was who and what was going on. Then to find so many gone and not know what or why I was frustrated trying to figure it out without digging through the Viking stories. Then again some of the regular stories had some wolf and I think even Damianos was brought out in one of the two. I sure didn’t want to go back through all the reads though to find out.
The more I read the more clicked and fell into place and when I say I burned a meal reading…let’s just say takeout was on the menu last night. I still think these all need some sort of tree or something to help remind you of what is what or who is related to who and what stories they are in. With so many stories it’s hard to keep track of without going back. Other than that, this was AWESOME! I love paranormal stories and this one took it to a whole new level. I can’t wait for the next one!

First of all this author has bamboozled my cold medicine addled brain until I thought it would melt and here I just wanted to relax by reading a book while on bed rest recovering from a very bad cold over the weekend but what I got was not relaxed at all but confused until I did not know whether I was coming or hallucinating lol. Great read, this is truly Theodora at her best.
PS: I'm going to hound Theodora if she doesn't release Ola's story very very soon. How dare she leave us hanging like this lol.

Where to begin? I didn't know what to make of "Her Dragon Everlasting" when I first began as the characters follow other stories by the author but with the heroine being the offspring of a story that didn't really work for me overall ("Her Viking Wolves," in which I thought the better story was Tee and Olafr. FJ felt gratuitous to the story though it wasn't a bad story either.) Anywho, I don't want to give away too much as there are some good twists in "Her Dragon Everlasting" that make you go "OH!"... or maybe it was just me who did that. So... I'm going to mostly talk about the primary love story.
Yes, please. Xenon and Fensa! It was an interesting beginning for them because they're so different and couldn't understand each other. Different species, different ways of approaching life for various reasons and yet, they worked as the heart of the story is overcoming the difference that two disparate people face when they fall in love. Especially Xenon as he wasn't really aware of the concept of love when the book starts out. We see the two work past mating frenzy to try to relate to one another and it's truly absorbing material. These are not shallow issues but coming together and understanding deep-seeded differences about pretty much everything about each other. Communication is key and the baby steps of reaching out to the other flourishes to become an engrossing story about love, sacrifice, and trust.
I really enjoyed this story. As I said, there are some twists that make me reluctant to talk more about the plot, but I will say that I was initially confused because how the ending of "Her Viking Wolves" played out differed greatly to how the reader is introduced to those events about two decades later. But keep reading. It's worth it. And it's great.

Especially Xenon as he wasn't really aware of the concept of love when the book starts out. We see the two work past mating frenzy to try to relate to one another and it's truly absorbing material. These are not shallow issues but coming together and understanding deep-seeded differences about pretty much everything about each other. Communication is key and the baby steps of reaching out to the other flourishes to become an engrossing story about love, sacrifice, and trust.
I really enjoyed this story. As I said, there are some twists that make me reluctant to talk more about the plot, but I will say that I was initially confused because how the ending of "Her Viking Wolves" played out differed greatly to how the reader is introduced to those events about two decades later. But keep reading. It's worth it. And it's great.

Good plot but was entirely too long. I told myself about three times while setting in on this extremely long book journey "I'm not finishing this book", I refuse to keep reading.... However, I would continue to read. The beginning was too technical and totally made me doubt my decision to purchase the book. Not too mention it felt as if the book was a totality of at least 3 books fused into one. Also, I never got a full understanding of the main female's character mental challenges or instability. And the ending, was somewhat foreseeable but yet unexpected with no REAL explanation. The main "Aha" moment left me wanting more explanation or reference to prior events within the beginning of the book. It is my opinion that other books from this author had more depth and precision than this one. It was vague and several of the many characters were not explained thoroughly nor were some of the many plots. Yes, the book was interesting and worth reading due to the fact that I've read all the previous books in this series except one; therefore, I felt I had no choice and therefore owed it to myself to finish this book.

What happens when you put together one confused time traveling She-wolf with one unhappy emotionless Dragon Prince? Well, you definitely don't have love at first sight that's for sure. But just maybe with a little time and understanding these two can find a love that is timeless.
This story had so many twists and turns that it will keep you guessing right up until the end. Fensa and Xenon were thrust into each others lives so unexpectedly that at first I wasn't sure how they could possibly have their happily ever after or even if they should be together in the end. I almost gave up on this couple, but I'm glad I stuck with them. In the end I became invested in Fensa and Xenon's story and was anxious to see how their journey would play out. I've been trying to figure out how to review this book for a couple days now. My primary issue is that I only read the first book in the series so all the references to the previous books and characters had me all kinds of lost. The story itself is sweet, Fensa and Xenon are people from two completely different backgrounds who grow to love each other. Fensa is resistant and fights her love for Xenon while Xenon is completely clueless about love since he's not familiar with the concept. Overall, outside of the time traveling and the confusing family history due to the time traveling the basic concept of the story is good.

I have tried reading this four times, but have given up each time because I simply can't get into this. Perhaps it's because I usually find shifter stories inane. Whatever it is I will not be giving this a fifth try to determine if fifth time is the charm.

Plot-hopping all over the place made the story very confusing. I still don't know what the heck was going on with her reality/delusions/alternate lives.

Okay this book has made me so confused, that I kept rereading chapters and eventually the whole book all over again.
This book is about Fensa and her mate Xenon. Now if you read the books before this one, you will know that Fensa is the twin sister of Olsa, and the daughter of Tiana, and FJ and Olafr. Her parents has there own book which is called, Her Viking Wolves. In her mother book she has two fathers and that they mated to her mother.
But in her book she only talks about her father Olafr, and how depressed her father was that he lost his family. And then end up losing his mate and daughter, Fensa twin Olsa. But Olsa is the only one who can see her dead twin, and that everyone thinks she's crazy. Not to mention Tiana and Olafr gets a divorce, and Olafr ends up drinking a whole lot and ends up getting himself killed by intentionally getting hit by a car.
All I can think is "Wait a damn minute! What in the hell is going on here!" I'm going to be honest with you. The more I read this book the more disinterested I become with it, but I have faith in Theodora Taylor, she has yet to turn me to the wrong direction.
Just a lot of confusion and feeling like I either misread or over look something, or having to go back and reread not only a couple of pages, or chapters, but the whole book in order for me to get that what I read was in fact what I read.
And I have to say that this book, I didn't love but I enjoy it, other than me having to shout out "wait what?... What just happen?... The hell. I'm confuse is this serious?"
I do have to say I thought I would love the thought of two penis, but the way Xenon is describe, it kind of leave me thinking ew. Lol Maybe that just too much penis for me, but other than that I love the way he explains to Fensa, that she and his son is the only family he has. And that he loves her and will always protect her, and never harm her.
Even though Fensa has her reasons as to why she cannot trust him, I love the fact that she is just in love with him as he is with her. And that she is willing to overcome her terror of him and what is to come in the near future, in order to be with one another.
I have to say the surprises in this book is off the hook and crazy. To be honest once understood what was going on I was still slightly confuse. But thoroughly enjoy this book.
I can't wait to read Rafe the Obnoxious Jerk book. Because I'm trying not to dislike him, but it's not working I really, really, really, dislike him. But can't wait to see his karma.

Edit: I am just now realizing there are Viking Wolf series that are preludes to this particular series. I did not know that, but still...I may not move further with these book- sadly.
I wanted to like this book. I truly did, but as I mentioned on Amazon:
So that's my problem with the book: Fensa's attitude towards her blue captor and the time period. I think if those things were executed better, I would have given the book 4.5 stars at least.
Theodora is a delightful author. After reading her Alien Overlords series I was hooked! I can say that this book in particular, did have some shining moments. I like the idea of family, I like the hot sex scenes too- those were done pretty darn well.
I may give her other books a chance...or I may not. I don't know. Her Alien Overlord books spoiled me too much.

"I also did not accept the timelines. I feel the author tried hard to get us to accept it, and I do not. It is only after I am halfway through the book that I realized what time period she is in. I mean, I got a clue when a mastodon was mentioned. Marvelous
This story is excellent and I really enjoyed it. The characters were captivating and diverse. I like that they aren't like the usual characters from other stories. There are fated mates, but their interests, and issues very different. Both characters originally began their relationship knowing they weren't fated and they didn't loved each other. It's has few twists to the roles fated mates as with Fensa was the one of the two that knew about mates. In a similar role Xenon had no idea he could finally find love. The secondary characters are family and friends who make this a well developed and multidimensional. The reader was clearly able to feel the camaraderie between the characters through words of this story and the ending was a culmination of resolving issues and restoring love.What a great start to a awesome series that I have really enjoyed. It's full of vengeance and interesting drama. I have enjoyed this author's books before and she never just throw in a HEA resolutions for the plot sake.Instead she develops a HEA for her readers enjoyment and so that it will complimented and flowed with the pace of the story. This is one amazing story and a great start to a series Happy Reading!
