This DK series of alphabet book focuses on an animal for each letter of the English alphabet. Z is for zebra begins by stating that there are three different species of zebras all of which live in Africa. Every zebra has a different stripe pattern. Z is for a zeal of zebras and this group of zebras can also be called a herd or a dazzle.

Tad predictable finale to the series. Z could have been for zebu.

An interesting, straightforward read! I learned a few terms other than 'herd' for a group of zebras.
