Stella One night with Kruger was enough to ruin me for any other man. But knowing that he only thought of me as a friend, and didn’t remember what we did, I knew I couldn’t stay and watch him work his way through the club bunnies. I fled back to Florida, unaware that I was taking a piece of Kruger with me while leaving him my heart.
Kruger: If I was ever meant to claim a woman, it would be someone like Stella. Only, I’m a hard man; my father made sure I knew not to trust a woman and an ex hammered that point home. While I hate that she went back to Florida, I let her go so that she could have the life I’ll never be able to give her. But all that changes when we receive a phone call that Stella’s been hurt in an accident. Finding out that I fathered a child on that fateful night, has me heading to Florida to get my son and discover why Stella thought it would be a good idea to hide him from me. Once again, my trust has been shattered by a woman.
Back in Texas, while trying to acclimate myself to the fact that I’m a father, we’re faced with old and new enemies. Will the cement wall around my heart crumble or will I be content to co-parent my son with his mother?
Note from author: If implied; memories, talks of childhood abuse both in sexual and physical is a trigger for you, please stay clear of reading this book. There are not 'actual' scenes of either in the book; but they are talked about in a non-graphical sense.
Author's note; Just when you think Jamie is gone, that he's a problem of the past, he comes back and raises havoc once again for the DreamCatcher MC. All this will be thoroughly explained in book 4... Utterly Wrecked.
I have been an avid reader for most of my life. When I was younger I used to sit and fill spiral notebooks full of stories. As I got older, I took the jobs needed for raising my boys as a single mom, until I met my now amazing husband. I have stopped working in the last three years and started promoting authors, then I blogged and reviewed for authors, which lead me down the path to writing and creating characters and stories. I love creating behind the scenes with my writing getting to use my imagination and write the story as it comes to me. My youngest is now a senior in High School leaving me with some spare time on my hands to be filled. I am loving the people I am meeting and the support system I have found. This author should be ashamed of posting a 2 star review in her Facebook group. She goes chastised someone on how to write a review? It’s disgusting and downright mean when you know your kiss ass fans will come after that reviewer. Yes, you know why you did it. So don’t act butt hurt because someone enjoyed other author’s books better than yours and decided to give a shout-out to her favorite authors in her review.

book wasn’t provided by anyone because I’ve not read it and will never read this author with her little stunts she’d pulled because this isn’t the first time she has done it.
Another scribd read that I had in my saved titles… so I more than likely saw it on one of your bookshelves… 😄 This is the 3rd book, I didn’t read the others, but I didn’t feel like I missed much. From what I gather, Stella was beaten badly in a previous book and got really close to Kruger, but he put her in the friendzone… and forgot they had sex (maybe he was drunk) rejected, she took off. The book opens many months later with a car crash that brings Kruger to Florida. Mild spoilers…
There are some things that aren’t super clear or conflicting... like that she couldn’t have put him on the birth certificate if he wasn’t present at the birth. Or the duration of the separation/ age of baby. At the beginning, she’s had time to date and get engaged, and the baby has recently cut several teeth. Later he’s rooting and having his neck supported. Then he’s babble scolding his dad. Not a huge deal, I just prefer to have a clear picture in my head. His reason for being unattached/against love-commitment flipped. Early in the book we’re told Kadence was pregnant, but the baby came early, had mocha skin, and wasn’t his- ripping his heart out. Later Kadence was 20+ years older and broke his heart when he realized she was using him and in love with his dad (found in bed together). Again, it doesn’t really affect the relationship of the mc’s, but is distracting.
At first, I thought Kruger was going to be cruel, he was furious that she hid his kid, but he never treats her poorly. He sticks up for her, makes sure her needs are met, stays away from OW, and pretty much treats her like his GF without the title or physical stuff. I felt this could’ve been developed more, I know he’s been burned and wasn’t interested in love, but what really changed with her coming back? They were already friends, but where did the romantic, epic love feelings come from?
Bottom Line- Hands down the best part for me in the book is when the old ladies beat the crap out of the nasty club bunnies, but it also killed the potential for OW drama. The bunnies are more whipping boy than meddling. It was ok, the bones were there, it just needed cleaned up a bit. I suspect the author is still finding her flow, and will fine tune things in the future... everyone starts somewhere:)
Not my first by this author, but personally, most likely my last. She is not bad at her chosen field . . . and the editing seems so much better than some others. Her books just always seem to be so bland and run of the mill to me. Especially, compared to; Chaos MC ~ K Ashley, Angels Halo MC ~ T A Browning, The Hellions Ride MC ~ C Camaron, Satan's Sons MC ~ S Elise, Dartmoor MC ~ L Gilley, Evil Dead MC ~ N James, Ravage MC ~ R Michele.
2 ⭐⭐ - Meh! ============ The two stars were assured because the old ladies beat the shit out of a club whore. And I love it when that happens. Other than that, there was nothing special or that will remain in memory.
Kruger knew if there was one woman he would want to claim it would be Stella, but he wasn't that type of man and he had no problem using the club bunnies for his needs. Developing a friendship with Stella instead he figured that was the best they would ever have, however one night leads to more and the next morning Stella comes to terms that there will never be more between her and Kruger and flees to Florida. Fate has a wicked way of bringing people back together and secrets are revealed. Can Kruger forgive Stella and build a happily ever after with her or will his mistrust ruin everything?
Excellent read, very surprising how the story unraveled. I liked Stella and understood why she did what she had to do. Kruger is tough as nails but he also has a soft spot especially when it comes to Stella. Thoroughly entertaining.
Shattered Trust has everything you could hope for. I was not sure how I was going to feel about Kruger. His past it not one he likes to share, but is one that is very present in his life. He has vowed to never let a woman in, and you can't trust a woman no matter what. Stella is a beautiful young lady who has loved Kruger from the first time she laid eyes on him. When he decides to friendzone her she picks up her wounded pride and leaves. While away she still can't get Kruger out of her mind or heart, it doesn't matter that she has as mall piece of him with her or not her heart still craves him. When the two of them reunite Kruger's life is going to change in more ways than one. Along with their MC family these two find what both of their hearts desire. I loved how Kruger is a stand up guy, and even with their pasts he was willing to work things out. Their chemistry is a nice slow burn, but once it is reignited it is hot and explosive. There is still danger in the background, but family comes first in all ways. We get caught up with all the characters, and we get to see where and how they are now. I am definitely looking forward to the next in the series.
i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Stella and Kruger. Stella was in love with Kruger, but after their one night together, she knew he would never think of her the same, he didn't even remember they were together. Stella decided she had to leave and she had their baby without telling him. Now Stella is getting ready to get married to a good man, but she doesn't love him the way she loves Kruger, but he is good to her and the baby. Stella gets into an accident that kills her fiance and lands Stella in the hospital. When her friends at the MC learn about the accident, they tell Kruger and he learns he is a father. They head out to Florida to get Stella and the baby and bring them back to Texas. Kruger vows to be there for his son and tries to co-parent with Stella. Stella finds herself the target from the club girls who hope to claim Kruger as their own and Kruger doesn't allow anyone to hurt her. There are more twists and turns and drama. There is also a kidnapping and danger. This was a good story. I think Kruger cared for Stella, he just never thought he would have a family of his own. I look forward to reading more of this series. Well done.
Kruger and Stella's story is quite the journey. Stella has always loved Kruger but he's always friend zoned her. After his upbringing and previous experience with women he doesn't feel like he can ever love a woman or settle down with just one. Stella moves to Florida to get away from having to watch Kruger with other women and moves on with her life as best as she can. When Cameron gets a call that Stella has been in an accident and a HUGE surprise is exposed, Cameron, Gunner and Kruger all take off to Florida. Stella ends up back in Texas at the Dreamcatcher MC clubhouse and that's when things really pick up. The past just can't seem to stay in the past but that doesn't slow Kruger down any at all. He's got lots of surprises in store for Stella and she's got a couple for him. Shattered Trust is a great addition to the Dreamcatchers family. Ready to see what's coming.
This was my first read in the Dream Catcher MC series and I fell in love! This MC has a caring side for its women, as it should but don't mistake that caring for weakness. These guys are anything but weak. Stella and Kruger's story took me on an emotional roller coaster, I felt so much for both of them. Stella's emotions were totally valid and I didn't blame her a bit for her actions. She also doesn't shy away from her mistakes and owns up to them. Kruger's reaction initially gave me a little bit of worry but I should have known Ms Parker would never steer me wrong. Kruger handles the situation with care and control. He quickly steps up and does all he can to care for his new family. I loved it so much, I can't wait to go back and read the first two in this awesome series!
Absolutely loved Shattered Trust..Kruger who is the male lead is one of my favorite characters from this series. Stella fell hard for Kruger but he pushed her away so she ran. A year and half later Stella is in trouble and Kruger will help her but he also discovers what she has kept hidden from him. This is a story about second chances, forgiveness, love and letting go of your past. Parker pulls you in from the beginning and honestly I loved the way she wrote Kruger's character. She showed us his hurt, anger, betrayal but he held back his anger with Stella. I loved that he treated her with respect even though she kept something precious from him. Parker throws some action but filled with angst. Overall another hit for Parker!! Happy Reading!!
Another hit for Ms. Parker. This book is the story of Kruger and Stella. Kruger and Stella have a night together that he doesn't remember then the next morning he hurts Stella by his actions. Stella goes back to Florida where she discovers she is pregnant. Fast forward a few years Stella has met another man and plans to marry him, when they are involved in an accident and Kruger learns of his son and Stellas injuries. Does he forgive her or not? Does Stella marry another man ? Read it and find out. I highly recommend this book. It keeps you engaged from page 1 and leaves you wanting the next in the series.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
This book is about Stella and Kruger. They had a one night stand that he doesn’t remember. Stella runs and ends up pregnant. He finds out when she’s in a serous accident. This book takes you through them trying to find their way as a family. I really loved this book. There were some seriously funny moments too. This book had a little bit of everything. I highly recommend this book but you really do need to read the other books to truly understand the backstory that continues through the books. I can’t wait for Shamus’s book now.
An amazing quick pace easy read. When misunderstanding leads to shattered trust. Kruger put Stella in a place of being just a friend. She has more than friend feeling for him after a night together, she realizes that she can't stay his friend and leaves. Kruger doesn't remember the night they spent together and is upset when he finds out the night was real but he had a son. Can you overcome broken trust? Can Stell accept Kruger as he is? Will Kruger forgive her and be able to have a relationship with her?
What would you do if you found out you had a son with the love of your life that you forced away. Not your typical motorcycle club romance. She falls in love with a alpha male biker, he forces her away but not before giving her a part of himself. Some action, plenty of twists and turns, a kidnapping, and a good old fashioned girl beat down, that's what is delivered in this story, it keeps your interest, and keeps you hungry for the next installment of the series, well worth your time to read.
One night of sin changed what Kruger and Stella had; their friendship. Stella disappeared after their night together, thinking Kruger felt nothing for her. Except the night kruger doesn't remember, left consequences. Stella moved on and had their baby. After a crash that brings her past back, the club rushes go the hospital to help her. And kruger to meet his son. Realizing that stella is the one, kruger sets out to win her. But a past threat comes back to forefront and puts the club at risk again. Will the MC finally capture Jamie? Or will another club member die at his hands?
Kruger and Stella have a story that will break your heart and give you hope at the same time. After a night together Kruger can't remember and Stella leaves heartbroken. When fate brings them back together Kruger is not only thrown into fatherhood but also realizes he needs to fight for the woman he loves. I absolutely loved this book. I got sucked into this story right from the beginning and could not put the book down. The characters are very well developed and the story is not rushed at all. Awesome read.
One night of passion between friends leads Stella and Kruger on a path neither of them expected. Miscommunication , hurt feelings, and misunderstandings breaks them apart, but fate brings them back together. Can they repair their issues, especially with all the chaos surrounding them? I absolutely enjoyed every single second of this entertaining, thrilling, and suspenseful story. Liberty Parker never disappoints.
Kruger and Stella share a night he don't remember and one she can't forget. His past won't let him be happy and she can't handle the friend zone. A tragic event and a huge surprise brings them together again. I loved seeing these two lay their pasts on table in order to be happy. The high and lows kept me on the edge of my seat. I love the banter between everyone and laughed my butt off. I can't wait to see what happens next!
Wow, this was an epic read! Characters are very flawed, they don't trust easily but that's the reason the book is Titled "Shattered Trust" they want to give it their all but in order to that they'll have to trust each other and that's something that's very hard to do. They have the love but they're afraid, I felt their pain in this book but you can tell they love hard, if it wasn't for the surprise they got, I didn't think they would make it but they did, amazing story.
I really enjoyed Stella and Kruger’s story. (Possible Spoilers). I wanted to smack Kruger for pushing her away in the previous book. They have quite a journey in this book. I felt their story was very well done and I’m glad that Kruger was able to let go of his past and realize what was right in front of him. I loved the dialogue between all the characters. It felt real and very natural.
I loved this story!! This is the 3rd installment in The Dreamcatchers MC and it was great! This is Kruger and Stellas story and it is full of highs and lows, angst and love. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing their relationship evolve and become all it was meant to be. Another great read from Liberty.
Kruger and Stella both have pasts that they are not proud of. But after a drunken night together and being friend zoned, Stella realizes its time to move on. Little did she know that she was taking a piece of Kruger with her. Stella Kruger's book is about second chances and finding love, even when the enemy lurks around every corner.
Kruger and Stella's story is intriguing from the very beginning. I loved all of the secondary characters as well as the humour in this story. My heart broke for Stella and everything that she endured in her childhood, and I am glad that justice was handed out by Kruger. I cannot wait to read more in this fascinating series and I recommend for all MC lover's.
OMG! Another definite must read. This is such a good series. The pain two people find in life comes storming in and making feelings overwhelmed and confusing. Will a lifetime of hurt from each be able to be salvaged. Well grab your copy and enjoy the ride to find out just how deep this book is.
I loved this book!! Kruger is dealing with a past and doesn't want to taint Stella! Once they finally get together it is amazing..I can't wait for the next one!!
This is Kruger and Stellas story and we get taken on a ride. Stellas deception and Kruger finding out what she has hidden. Liberty takes us through Kruger and Stellas relationship, starting from the friend zone he puts her, to him finding out her secret. Does he forgive her? Does he not? What happens when he finally finds out? Grab this book to find out all these answers. It’s a great read, liberty has definitely written a book to keep you turning the pages. I recommend Shattered Trust, you will finally read all about Kruger and Stella. Once you pick it up, you won’t want to put it down so you can find out everything. Sorry no spoilers here, just my recommendation to read. I also recommend reading the other books in the Dreamcatcher series. Have fun and go read the book and not my review. Happy reading.
This is the third book in the Dreamcatcher series. Stella is the friend of Cameron in the last book. She had been rescued by the mc after being assaulted . During her stay there she falls for Kruger but runs away when he makes it clear that he is a manwhore. months later Stella is in an accident and again the mc rescues her and Kruger finds out that Stella had his baby. A very good book but you really should read this series in order to keep up with storyline.
Kruger was smitten with Stella from their first meeting. He was a stubborn ox, of course. But so was Stella. She didn't stand her ground and fight for her man. Somehow Stella keeps getting in the line of fire and my heart races still even though I'm done reading it. Holy crap, the intrigue, the mystery, the heart pounding....from fear and....ummmm.....hottness. Geez...I need the next story, but God I fell for Kruger. Hard! I fell hard for his alpha hotness.
Book 3 in the series, we see Kruger & stella finally coming back together after a serious accident. Can Kruger forgive stella for running and hiding a huge secret? And club issues rear up and lives are put at risk. Cant wait for book 4! So glad liberty stuck with this series!
