I FELL in love with these characters! They are engaging and really have good resolve. I especially loved the way Zoe writes. I really enjoyed this book and had to go back and reread the first book to get my baring, but is so worth it. This book has great world building and exceptional characters that will make you swoon and maybe leave you with some steamy ideas. Great Job and I can not wait for the next book!

This was my first @zoeraywrites book I skipped right over Alpha Boss and started book #2 and I’m amazed I loved the revenge, passion and action within Alliance diverging into more than just a wolf novel I was fully addicted to every scene but my favourite part was the authors ability to make side characters Lisa & Michael into a main plot that had me hanging on a thread wanting more I enjoy a paranormal romance and this took it to the next level 🐺 I’ll be looking out for future releases 🥵

This very well written book 2 in the Alpha Boss Series is a good story about Alpha Wolf Shifters. The characters are very well constructed and the have depth and chemistry. There are many twists and turns to this story with action and adventure. This has a great plot and I enjoyed it very much. What a wonderful story. I will have to go back to read the 1st story in this series

Must read
This is a must read book. Preston is bae for real sam got her good one. I can't believe what the rest of the alpha Council were up to converting to control them and male the do their bitting .Then they tried to come for preston and tried to take wade we not having that.I can't wait for the next part because i have to find out if Lisa and Michael male it and finally mate. Great job can't wait until the next book

4.5 stars definitely a good read.
Reading the synopsis makes you think this is Michael & Lisa's story but its not, they are clearly the background players. This is part 2 of Preston & Sam's story. Oh this was not what I was expecting. It was interesting to see how things progress after that HEA ending. There was a whole lot of shenanigans in this one. There was backstabbing and a lot of turmoil in the Blackwood pack.
But then there was a story that featured Michael the beta of the pack. Whew, it was sticky there for a minute. It all worked out but I wasn't sure what was going to happen.
I don't think I would like to be an alpha. Too much people management for me!

This is the 1st book I've read written by Zoe Ray; she has done a great job at writing a good book; I can’t wait to read more of her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

The series moves well across both books and the plot is clear. I will say that I would have liked a bit more character development and for the characters to read like adults and not teens and a little less predictability. That being said, I look forward to this author's growth and her making a mark in the PNR world. (full review on my blog)

Just OK
This story had potential, but got sidetracked with the whole Melody character. If Lisa was Michael’s true mate, he wouldn’t have been able to do the things he did with Melody. The book could also use some editing. Quotation marks were randomly placed everywhere, and words were misused. It made reading this difficult.

Where do I start?
This book is everything I imagined it to be! I have been so absorbed with this story and these characters and each book just keeps getting better and better. I feel like I'm watching a good movie that I never want to end. They're amazing! I was so glad to be a part of the happy ending and the alpha wedding!!!!

ANOTHER GREAT READ!!! This was more than I expected from the series. I really enjoyed getting to know Michael... and more of Preston and Wade. I really hope that there is another book in the series!!!

I enjoyed everything about this book. The characters are great and engaging with plenty of chemistry with added drama and suspense. The flow of the storyline was awesome.

Part one was okay, but part two.... baby it was good. Seems like she took her time with this one and it shows.
Now I’m just waiting on part 3!?! Hopefully with Wade as the focal point. I would love to see how that turns out.

Lisa girl!!!
Lisa need to quit fighting Michael, he thought he was protecting her. I’m glad that rid of the rogue wolves. Wade get it together buddy! Thank goodness for second chances, Lisa work it out.

Book 2 was another ok read, but I've read other paranormal books and recall that shifter do not get diseases. It said Preston's mother dies from breast cancer, so if she was a shifter how was that possible for a shifter.

Oh my gosh! Lisa and Michael’s story had me on the edge! Loved to see how Preston was able to navigate through all the trials he was facing. I love Michael and Preston’s friendship. They are definitely brothers. Sam will be Sam; always trying to fix things . This was definitely a good read!

If I could give this book more than five stars, I would! I loved this story and I loved Michael's character. It was so interesting to see this because I absolutely loved the first book. Michael is up against a lot and to see him rise to the occasion was just awesome.
