About the author
Isabella Muir
75 books20 followersA favourite mantra of mine is that no person should be defined by what they do, so while describing myself as an author, editor, historical researcher and lifelong student might be true, it’s a description that doesn’t capture the whole of me. Certainly, I have loved writing novels, novellas, and short stories, as well as spending more than thirty years as a technical editor. Read any of my stories and you will soon detect my fascination with the recent past, which is where the researcher and student parts of my nature go hand in hand, leading to two MAs – one in writing, the other in contemporary
history.
Then there is the rest of me…Sussex born and bred, half-Italian (and fervently proud of my Italian heritage) - my husband and I love to travel, usually in just one direction – south. A much-loved Scottie dog makes up our trio, accompanying us wherever we go, inevitably involving a campsite or two along the way. When I’m not writing, I’m reading, cooking, enjoying Pilates and when the weather permits, a spot of gardening to help clear the mind and fill our plates with home-grown produce.

Waiting On Sunshine is the third book of the series. They don't have to be read in any order. A little girl grows up with a mom and grandma and a dad that shows up like only on her birthdays the first when she turned three. As she grows she learns the history of her mom and dad and all the emotions that surround the relationship not only for her mom and her dad but her own emotions as she grows and learns not only more of the events that happened of her birth but just relationships. The characters you will really like,Libby tells the story and she does such a great job. It's a short read that can be read in a day,I did! Enjoy the story of how Libby grew up and how she felt about situations and relationships and how she changed.
