Roxy has just been released from prison but Buck plans on giving her a punishment she will never forget. Buck plans to be her daddy and get her on the proper path. Fast-paced, hot and steamy read. I really liked it.

This book was not awful, but it was too much. The description of the story was not bad, but the execution was not great. The dialogue was ridiculous. Luckily, I read this via KU. I still struggled to get through to the end. The size conversations were dumb. Although this book was titled Daddy's Law, the whole thing seemed somewhat adolescent to me.
I have read this author before, but this book did nothing for me.
There was an HEA, so I guess it served its purpose.

I did not enjoy this book. I felt that Buck took her and kept her without her consent. I had issues with the writing as well, it felt juvenile with the slang and other words used to describe their sexual activities.

Any reader who has wanted to read a "daddy-figure" story but haven't because of the whole "age-play" aspect, "Daddy's Law" is perfect for you. Also, if you enjoy sexy alpha men who have only loved one woman and is hell-bent on "claiming" her, and/or like me, who needs all aspects of the relationship between the "daddy" and his "little" to make sense, again, this is the book to read! This tale begins with Roxy, a young woman, in her early twenties, who is wreaking havoc on her small town each time she is looking for her next "rush; sadly, one of these "rushes" has Roxy going to jail for eighteen months on a DUI. As a requirement in her sentence, Roxy must go for counselling to determine the root of this behaviour, which results in Roxy being diagnosed as Unipolar Mania. As much as Roxy hates being in prison, she admits receiving this diagnosis and medication has helped remove her "thirst" for that high and, this newfound calm, makes her reflect upon those she has hurt. With only six months left of her sentence, her good friend Buck, an ex-special op, returns home with a purpose: to claim his Roxy and finally give her the much-needed support, guidance, discipline and, "lov'n" only this "daddy" can. Nothing in Bucks' and Roxy's relationship is awkward or uncomfortable because Ms. Fox paints a clear picture with Buck's restrictions, requirements and discipline, just how much he loves her. Because of Buck's uniformity in enforcing the rules, insisting Roxy "make things right" between her family and community, and being consistent in his reasons for discipline, Roxy begins to flourish while redeeming herself to those she has hurt. As with all Ms. Fox's stories, the sexual intensity between Buck and Roxy is explosive, making for a well-rounded story.

Then he was going to get her on the straight and narrow and he was going to show her what it was like to have a daddy that loved her and that believed in her and she was going to see exactly what she was capable of, he had every faith in her.
Follow their love story as see how these two create a life against all odds, against the small-town bigots and spiteful tongues and together with his strength of belief and love they would show everyone what true love actually means.

Daddy Dom finally gets his chance at his Little Girl after so many years
First off, this is not my favorite genre, but I bought it because of the cover;-) That said, it lived up to it’s promise. Buck has had a thing for Roxy since they were kids. He’s now a cop and she’s an ex-felon. While in prison she found out why she acts out, which gives her some much needed direction. Now what she needs is someone who loves her enough to keep her on the “straight-and-narrow.” Enter Buck. Whoa…some of their *** scenes…get your fans ladies! I agree with another reviewer in that some of the language is over-the-top but if this is your thing, get it. You will not be disappointed. Well-written, lots of “action” and honestly, I love a book where the man is crazy for his woman. Beyond that we have mean girls wanting to hurt the new and improved Roxy who already suffers from a lack of self-esteem. Can Buck help her become the Roxy she deserves to be?

Daddy Penitentiary
If you read the previous book in the series( Daddy's Sweet Ride), then you are well aware of who Roxy is and why she's in jail. I will admit that I wasn't sure about this story-line. After "meeting" Roxy and "hearing" the things she did and had done to her sister Chloe, I wasn't sure how Ms. Fox was going to redeem her. Being in jail may have been the best thing for Roxy as she learns something major while there. Something that actually explains why she acted like a total B. Buck is probably the only person who has always stuck by Roxy but enough is a enough. When she is released from jail, Roxy may find that jail is nothing compared to the Daddy Penitentiary Buck has planned for her!!

This is an amazing story! I loved that Roxy got a second chance to correct her path and Buck finally gets to have his chance with her.
Buck and Roxy have been friends forever before he went away. She has been a little wild since he left. He is serving overseas waiting for the day when he can return home. Roxy made a very bad decision that lands her in jail where she gets some help. She is surprised to see Buck waiting for her when she is released. She doesn't know that she is going to discover where she really belongs. Buck knows that he will have to be tough on her and set some boundaries. Will they be able to make things work to find their happiness?

Buck is in love with Roxy and is overseas. He gets word that Roxy has been sentenced to 6 months. He vows to takeover the care of Roxy. Roxy has had some problems. Buck has been her one constant but now he is being different towards her. Can the two friends get out of the friend zone and fall in love with each other? Roxy needs help with her insecurities and Buck figures he is just the guy for it. There are some steamy scenes. This book is a quick read. The characters are good. The subject areas that are mentioned are gracefully done, including the meeting with her sister.

I loved Bucks &Roxy's story I love Daddy Dom so much this book did not disappoint in that aspect I loved how the charters come alive through the pages its tantalizing zings through my senses and has me sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for what is to come.

I loved that her Daddy kept tabs on her from afar. When he gets home he knows what his girl has been up to.
Nothing good. She's clueless about his attention but does realize she'd been acting out. When they come together
it's like a free for all until she "wakes up" to her life. Storytelling gets better and better. An author I'll follow.

After reading "Daddys Sweet Rid", I was dying to find out what would happen to Roxy, Chloe's sister. That little trouble maker needed someone to straighten her out and, oh boy, did Olivia Fox deliver!! I am so pleased and hot for Officer O'Connor and you will be too!! Hot and sexy dominating, but never demeaning scenes that will make you want a Daddy Dom for yourself!

Hot But Not
3.5 Stars. This book I found to be too much. How things were said, I know between couple's having sex words said at that time would be strange out of that situation. But man meat, and other things just were too over the top. The whole language between them during sex was just too much. And at the beginning when he had to leave to go back to work, it was so ambiguous what actually happened. Nothing was further explained. So why include it?

Despite the repeating insecurity being expressed by the heroine, the story in this one was pretty alright. Usually you have this bad/ex-criminal hero fell in love with the sweet innocent girl of the town. But this time, you got the parolee/bad girl of the town heroine with an ex-army turned cop hero. Completed with ddlg fixation, many interesting roleplays and hot dirty-mouthed patient hero, I think I love this.
But the reoccurring heroine's insecurity turned me off sometimes.

After she gets arrested for a felony, she reconnects with him and he takes her in to help her with her struggles. Can this Daddy Dom help her see what s right in front of her? Can they find happiness together? Lots of questions for which you will journey with them to find the answers.

Horrible writing. The descriptions of the sex scenes were so bad it made me literally laugh.
Nobody refers to their vagina as a 'hoochie hole'. His orgasms were repeatedly referred to as 'squirting like a firehose'. She dripped 'her love liquid'.... and the best one was when he ripped off his shirt revealing 'gladiator sized muscles and soccer-ball-sized biceps' to say 'I jacked off and worked out a lot when you were in jail' lol

This was a quick read that had some really steamy scenes. It was enjoyable because of the fantasy aspect of having one of your own D/s - D/l relationships.. This was a well written book and it was very enjoyable. It gives you a different look in a relationship.

I really liked Buck and Roxy's story and that this answers lingering questions from the previous book in the series. That being said, it can easily be read as a standalone. There is plenty of chemistry and steam. This showed great development in Roxy. This does have very over the top moments but it is well done.

If you're a fan of bratty babies and OTT Daddy Doms, then this is the book for you.

Hot, well written, and exciting! Book four in the Lost Coast Daddies series is an entertaining, funny, and witty read with drama, twists and turns, ups and downs, and intense passion. The characters are likeable; the chemistry between them is off the charts! Definitely recommended!

Roxy is so lost and it takes being in jail for 6 months to get her on the right path....that and Buck. Buck is the man and knows just how to handle Roxy. Olivia Fox writes about love and dominance but also about disorders that occur in real life and it makes you aware of these things because real life isn't always perfect.
