Sunset on Moonlight Beach had all of the small-town charm, laughs and sighs–and romance of course!–that always draws me into a Sheila Roberts novel. And boy will readers be wowed with all the joy that was spread amongst the deserving people in this latest installment.

It’s always nice to lose myself in one of Sheila Roberts’ books. While I was sad that her Icicle Falls series had to end (*sob*) Moonlight Harbor has proven to be just as endearing and to

A emotional journey with so much going.
A love triangle that has you rooting for the one you like best.
Main character is Jenna...she’s a single mom, does volunteer work and owns a business. So this busy woman decides to run to be elected to the city council and wins. Now her already busy life gets busier. Throw in dating 2 men plus, a ex she has to pay alimony too.
Nice story about starting over and overcoming what life throws at you.

I enjoyed this book. It was full of laughter, happiness, and tears. The ending wasn't what I expected, I thought it was going to be another predictable ending but it wasn't. That's what makes it great about this book, the feeling of not knowing what is going to happen. My two favorite characters were Edy and her bird.

Edy always took care of others, she loved baking things, and cared about her family and the bird. The bird always asked for whiskey. I found that funny because it is an unusal thin

When life for the entire galaxy and planet has turned on its end, you are continuing to #maskup and #lockdown to be in #COVID19 #socialisolation as the #secondwave is upon us, AND it is a loverly minus 26 degrees, snowy and icy where I am currently stuck living, so superspeed readers like me can read 300+ pages/hour, so yes, I have read the book … and many more today.

I requested and received a temporary digital Advance Reader

I really debated on the star rating to give this. I feel like it kind of falls in between a three and four for me, but I don't typically give half stars.

It is a good book. It is well written. The story flows well. The characters were all interesting. There is no real reason I didn't love it. It just never completely pulled me in. It took me a lot longer to read than most books do. I am not exactly sure why.

I feel that for someone that has read the other books in the series, this book would be

Sunset on Moonlight Beach is a standalone novel in the Moonlight Harbor series. I've only read one of the other books so far, but diving into this one was like I hadn't left. It felt comforting, like home, and I was able to easily connect with all of the characters once again.
The one follows Jenna as she deals with being a businesswoman and learning the ins-and-outs of local politics, now that she's been elected to City Council. She also has to deal with her love life being a bit all over the p

If you have not visited Moonlight Harbor before, this is an exciting time to visit.
Jenna Jones has been elected to City Council and learns more about the ins and oh-mys of local government. She adds this to her balance of single mom, business owner, volunteer and dating woman. And dealing with a still demanding ex.
Is it finally time for her to take her romantic relationship further? But with whom???

We get to see and experience the lives of the entire female clan, from a new baby, to teenage angs

My Review: I have really been enjoying this series and was excited for the next book to come out, thanks to Pump Up Your Book and Sheila Roberts I was able to read it early and it was so worth it. I was able to jump right back into this series, the setting and characters are all so vivid they stand out in your memory. I have loved the small town atmosphere and getting to know all the characters in this quirky little seaside town. I like how in this book we kind of got a recap about each of the c ...more

Oh my Jenna had a lot going on, so why not add some more? With everything and then trying to date 2 guys at once...well like I said, a lot going on. I loved the laughs thrown in at just the right time to not let things get too intense. This is in a series, but I didn't feel lost at all and loved the characters.

The love triangle, you just have to choose which guy you like best (oh and don't forget an ex that's ugh!). The writer's style was one I really enjoyed, you could tell she loves the charac

Ms. Roberts, as usual, puts you through the paces of every emotion you can feel with this book.
My Mom always told me that when God closes a door, He always opens a window. This book is proof of that.
Jenna Jones is a divorced woman who has raised her daughter with no help from her ex. She has her friends, and soon has her mom and her sister moving to Moonlight Beach. She has Jonas, a real estate agent, who treats her like a queen, and Seth, a felon who has lived in her Inn she has renovated. He i

If you are just joining this series for the first time...welcome. You will enjoy the people of Moonlight Harbor. Although, having read the prior two novels in this series; I do have to admit that this book was my least favorite. It felt like the story just kind of bounced around but without the "real meat" of the story. Too many side stories happening. Despite this, I did like getting to revisit everyone again.

There are sparks that fly between Jenna and Brody. Which I liked the chemistry betwee

I love this series amd I hope this is not the end of it. There are a few big lurches in,it. One I saw coming amd it’s sad, but the other I did not. I quickly deduced why the second big lurch occurred. The theme of this book is moving on. People are changing up,their lives and finding the courage to move on. New relationships, a few weddings, and realizations occur. Finally. Jenna ends up with a man. But you have to read to discover which one wins her over. Personally, my favorite character is El ...more

We return to the characters on Moonlight Beach and find out what happens next for Jenna Jones and her family, along with the other residents of the town. There are a couple of large twists in the story that may keep readers guessing as to what's going to happen (although it is possible to put the pieces together to figure out what's going on). The story jumps more between characters than past books have, and it has a definite feel of tying up loose ends, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is the ...more

I absolutely loved this book! I was a little nervous about reading this (the genre is pretty hit-and-miss for me), but the synopsis intrigued me. I’m so glad I decided to read it! Jenna is a strong heroine, and I love how she handles everything. She has a great support system cheering her on, even when things take a wrong turn. This story was heart-warming, at times it tugged at my heart strings and made me tear up, but overall, when I finished the last page my heart felt fuller than when I star ...more
