Being a shifter wasn’t the magic Castiel was looking for, but it confirmed what the witch felt. Castiel isn’t who or what he ever thought he was. Now Castiel must figure out how to use his new ability to help his friends survive the curse that can’t be broken.
There is enough fighting in the country of Elder, but the wolves are now stuck behind a barrier together. It is a dangerous place to be, and they are running out of time with the moon pulling Grace closer to being a monster. Castiel has only ever wanted one thing: to protect his friends. But he had no clue how he is going to do it now. If he can’t find a solution soon, he might just lose one of his only friends to the curse.
Born in Leeds, I lived a very normal life until I got bored one day and decided to travel the world. Since then I've worked on a Banana Plantation, cleaned ACDC's dressing room and been a professional clown. I climbed to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and the top of Kilimanjaro. Nowadays you'll find me being a climbing frame for my two young children, working in a school, and renovating my home. Did I also mention I wrote some books? I hope you enjoy them! What amazing ending. They almost couldnt do any better. Grace was a huge suprise en off course lovecis in the air. Is this a thing in ths series? End it when they just fall in love and then having to leave? Castiel is a greatness I hope to read lots more about.
God of shifters is the last book in the Red Hidding hood serie by J.A.Armitage and B. Kristin McMichael.
Castiel discovored what the witch ment when she said that she felt that he as magic. He's a shifter. Not only can he turn into a wolf but also in every animal he wants. This new ability will sure help him to help his friends survive the curse. But time is running up. The wolves are stuck in their village by a barrier. But its a really dangerous place to be. Since their no found the curse wolves are attacking each other. Castiel must go inside to help Grace and Nikkan to put the children, who can't be affected by the curse, in security. And Castiel need to find a solution to break it. Castiel will go on a journey with the two princess for the kingdom from the past two fairytales in the books before this one to discovored what's causing troubles in the Kingdoms of Fairytales
Can't wait to read more in this serie. I have received an arc of this book from the author.
The curse is raging, and the wolf shifters are in serious danger. Even though Castiel found the magic in himself and embraced this side of him, the chances that he will find a cure and help his friends, the children, and the whole village are getting slim. At least he has strong people and wolves at his side. The quest to find the origin of the outcasts continues. Castiel is not different in this aspect, though he couldn't be more different from Azia and Blaise if he tried. Different upbringing, different kingdoms, different magic, different values. Yet there is a link between them that has to be uncovered. Castiel's final change into the man he is now was expected but pleasant. The way he finally realized his feelings for Sera, the way how he stood up for Grace and Nikkan, and took upon himself to save the children, make him endearing to the reader. Let's see where the next steps will bring us.
The action, the danger, the reveals - it all ramped up in this final installment of Castiel's arc. This is a fast paced short read you will want to read in one sitting. As with the previous 2 arcs in this series, the curse isn't broken - but our hero and his friends put a lot of work into making things a little more bearable.
It was fun to see a couple old friends - and teasers for what is to come in the next arc. Strong finish to another great arc in this year long serial adventure!
The perfect ending for this Red Riding Hood retelling - even though I would love to stay here in Elder with Nikkan and Grace and Sera. I love how all the books of the Kingdom of Fairytales are connected and give little hints about the new books to come. I can't wait to read about the journey they will make! Oh, and Castiel is my favorite so far, no doubt!
Dang dude! What a sweet revelation, shifter... like many animals shifting abilities! This dude is my favorite which is hard to beat because I really loved Asia! Just like the last two books the events within Castiels world/cities have escalated so bad that he is joining the gang on an epic adventure to discover how to save his people and home.
Castle is a very likable and interesting character. His linking up with the other section characters leads to lots of possibilities. Hoping Elder remains stable while he's away.
Castiel has found out the magic in him was being a shifter. With time running out on Grace becoming a true monster can Castiel be able to use his new magic to cure her and all of the other wolves that have become his friends.
Love the that the storyline weaves its way through the different stories. The touch of romance in each of fairy tales makes it more interesting. If you have read any of her books you will enjoy this series.
This whole series is amazing So far. I love the way it's written I love the day by day action and the stories themselves are perfect. This is one for the ages. And I will be purchasing to go into my rl collection as well!
The final book in this 4 series leaves you with so many questions! You gasp, you cheer and you are left with a need to find out what will ultimately happen!
